Perhaps.

But what often happens with AIM stocks that have had a placing recently, is that the placees sell to dampen the share price rise and if/when the share price rises there's another placing at a higher price assuming everything goes well (in GLR's case the off take agreement is good).

GLR zinc processing will be a good deal for GLR and a great deal for JLP as there will only be a marginal increase in processing costs (ie the incremental cost going thru' the same fixed assets.)

So one may deduce that a deal WILL be done.
