From their latest RNS of 17 APRIL 2003:

"A further announcement will be made in due course."

What the Fxxx have they been doing with our money for the last three months that they wont tell us.

Im concerned as some previous posters that the directors are continuing to draw hugh saleries until they have bleed the bank account dry, at present unchallenged!

Where are the directors and why are they silent?

Well seeing as accounts were due 01/4 then 01/10 I guess

This is criminal the way the directors are letting this fade into memory - no doubt they have fingers crossed that accounts will never be produced and show what they have been up to

if the accounts are not announced with 6 months of the date expected .this company will be removed as a floated company.

Just checked with Companies House - none of the investee cos have had liquidators appointed. The statutory admin of the coms is appalling though:

Scientific Detectors - Annual Return of company details overdue
Sense-Sonic Ltd - Accounts late
GAI - as we know accounts late

Im sorry but the directors need banning

I note a slightly different tone in your comments( understatement of the year) are you now saying that shareholders will get very little and have you changed your views about Warburton,or is he still trying really hard!!!

GAI have got the listing, why can't
Sense-Sonic take-over GAI, then sell
extra shares to raise the much needed
money? We might lose out, but that's
better than losing everything!

No, cappagh, still holding. For what it's worth, I think everything (including investments) have been closed down and the company is trying to leave itself as a cash shell, with I don't know how much cash. Not expecting much back, but there might be something.

I've just written it off to experience, though I'll keep an eye on here just in case I ever get a chance to get some of my money back.

All directors of this company have been added to my blacklist along with our old friend Mr S Dean. Will never buy shares in any company that has any of those directors on the board.

Ok, so sometime directors make mistakes and lose their companies a lot of dosh, but there's no excuse for the way this mob have decided to keep their shareholders so much in the dark.

You live and learn.

Don't suppose anyone has heard anything from them recently? I have recently started working just down the road in Knutsford, I have been toying with the idea of paying a visit, but if they let me in, I rather think that my feelings would get the better of me ...... it might make me feel better to let off steam, but it wouldn't help to glean any info!

Any thoughts on whether it would be worthwhile....anyone? or have we all just written the whole sorry episode off to experience?

Does anyone know exactly how long these shares can remain suspended without the accounts being produced or the directors prosecuted?

Ive checked with companies house and the accounts were due for filing by 14/4 therefore directors have already been fined - presumably they wont give a stuff about that in the same way they didnt give a stuff about shareholders?

Also : accounts for Sense-sonic are even more overdue having been due for filing by 28/2. Perhaps thats where the root of all the trouble lies

Had mail from the FSA. The reply was as good as
no comment on whats in the papers and no comment
on an investigation. Also, any news would be on
their web site, www.fsa.gov.uk/pubs/press.
I can not copy and paste what they wrote as they
said that some of their communications may contain
confidential information which it could be a criminal
offence for you to disclose or use without authority.
