Short term, it has had a fantastic rise so far. It could head sharply up or down in the very near term

Medium term, it's another story. I expect this baby to fly.

The 15k @ 39.4p a short while ago was actually my buy.

I have traded a few today to try and play the MMs at their own game. So far so good.

Yes noticed that.

Also it's worthy to notice that the share price was constantly trading above the PP price ever after.

That is a very rare thing.

I guess it's because the PP was a steal as The Count says...

Exercise price on those options is C$0.86 so they surely see them going higher.....

Sorry TC, but you are in profit already :)

I see directors, management and consultants are lining their pockets with options granting today.

Checked with my broker, it is now 44.97p to buy a measly 10k shares. I decided against it. Too much over the 42p touch.

But it's been a remarkable turnaround.

it was always all about the funding. Those that were lucky to participate, must be laughing their heads off. We can say that now with the benefit of hindsight.

Wish you hadn't told me about Canada.

I tried to pick up another 5k at 41p but I couldn't. So I managed to buy 2 lots of 2.5k instead, but I paid 41.29p, which was 0.29p over the odds.

Never thought I would see the day again when I would be chasing GAL stock higher.
What have you done to me? :-)

Interesting to see all the volume was in the 37-39p range. All reported 'off-book', so don't show up on many trading platforms.

No up-to-date research on Galantas. Only an old PFS based on £800/ oz gold price. But calculations by Master Investor a few weeks ago arrived at updated cash flows from year 1 to year 6 of £3.4m, £16.1m, £22.5m, £21.4m, £22.8m, and £11.5m.

On the approximately 100m shares in issue assuming all warrants and options are exercised, cash flow per share will be 3.4p, 16.1p, 22.5p, 21.4p, 22.8p, and 11.5p.

The PEA is being updated as will be costs (probably quite a bit higher) but those figres are probably in the right ball park and will be published one day. Sprott et al are bound to have seen them or made their own calculations, and will know the scope for exploration to extend the life and maybe expand the production. What can go wrong ?

Why do MMs refuse to make a market?!? The clue is in the name....

I tried to pick up 15k with a verbal order with my broker.

He said it would cost me 32.15p for 10,500 shares. I refused as I have loads anyway.

Let's sit back and see where we settle for now.

But this highly derisks the company, even though they have funded it on the cheap. I am quite miffed that we were not allowed to participate, but we have some big boys invested in here now so that should bode well.
