PDMR Shareholding

Future plc ("the Company") announces that further to the "PDMR Shareholding" statement published on 15 November 2019, the relevant third party investment manager has reversed the erroneous trade and restored Zillah Byng-Thorne's holdings in Future plc to the position immediately before the sale on 1 October 2018.

As of the date of this announcement, Zillah Byng-Thorne's beneficial holding in Future plc is 248,674 Ordinary shares of 15p each.

If anyone fancies a laugh have a look at the stockviews note. Raised their pt from 400 to 700 or something like that. In the mean time we have gone from 400 to 1500. I will bet the guy has never worked in e commerce. I reckon this biz makes a 4pc turn on referred sales. 4pc!!! Stock overhang should bring us back and maybe we will see 12-13 but i will be loading up as h2 next year this thing will fly.

SP might be due to future share dilution

From the RNS

On 14 November 2019, Future signed a contract to purchase Barcroft Studios, a small independent studio that creates original content, which is then published on a variety of owned and operated social sites in addition to being distributed across mass media channels. The deal is expected to complete on 30 November 2019. Total consideration will be £23.5m (based on a current multiple of 9.4x EBITDA) of which 40% will be satisfied by the issue of consideration shares. An application is to be made for the admission of those shares following the completion of the acquisition.
