we failed to break out above 8 so the hedge funds try to get a downside break out -and then we rinse and repeat...a lot of energy going into making it look like it is heading that way - let's see.

this is what they call a perma tree shake (daily grind) - the only issue I think by doing it at this level rather than nearer 8.50 or so is they will not get a massive number out I suspect who are happy to wait...

On the AI front, I think we will see a real market develop for human generated content ... from reviews, film, tv, theatre, novels etc. all is not lost !

I agree FUTR looks very cheap and probably prices in the structural headwinds. Just don't expect it to trade on a 20+ PE like it used to.

Whether AI becomes a headwind or not... even structurally declining companies trade on higher pe ratios than this.

I mean look at ITV which has such clearer, more powerful, structural headwinds than this.

So if there are structural headwinds then this is probably just a value trap that goes no where.

These sort of concerns have a tendency to be overblown and largely forgotten when the cycle turns. All people care about then is 5x pe into a cyclical upturn.

Obviously AI can't review hifi equipment, but it can aggregate reviews from across the entire Web and come up with a pretty good overview. AI might not kill the FUTR business model, but will surely take a chunk of their business,
