28/2/2024 15:29 | Does it work? MED3000 was recently granted a CE mark as an approved medical device in the EU. Does this mean it works? No. Unlike drugs, medical devices don't need to be proven efficacious to be sold; they only need to show conformity with safety regulations, which the CE mark indicates. ‘gels, sold as medical devices in the European Union (EU), aren’t regulated to the same safety standards as those applied to medicines’ ‘As a result, these products, which look like medicines, can be marketed with very limited clinical data’ ‘MedDevs for use in Europe are regulated by a business arm of the EU called GROW, rather than the European Medicines Agency, and require only certification with a ‘CE’ (quality) kitemark before the product can be marketed’ ‘This process doesn’t require evidence of efficacy or safety from high quality clinical trials, as is the case for medicines’ | mdi
28/2/2024 15:16 | Efficacy improved after the first dose and men achieved an erection within 10 minutes in 60% of applications. There were 3,792 intercourse attempts and two-thirds (63%) of men achieved or exceeded the Minimal Clinically Important Difference (MCID), which is the benchmark for a meaningful response. The speed of onset was significantly faster than oral PDE5i medicines, which typically start to work within 30-60 minutes. At 12 weeks, men using Eroxon showed significant improvement from baseline across all measures, with the response increasing in line with the severity of their ED. Four in five (80%) of those with the most severe ED met, and in some cases exceeded, MCID. In men with moderate ED, 59% met or, again in some cases, exceeded MCID and in those with mild ED it was 61%. Reported side effects were minimal and significantly lower than those typically associated with PDE5i medicines. Every time someone reports the effect was only 30%, it only worked for milld ED cases they are simply not working from the correct science that has been published. I have no idea why anyone would do this at all ! If this was the case someone could sue our firm for misrepresntation - that is why this madness of repeating a bunch of speculative cut and pastes that never ever refer to the specific points above is so downright mischievous I can repost a link to the research paper as I think all investors ought to be aware to counter what is being put forward on the other thread :) | takeiteasy
28/2/2024 15:14 | Just look at the names of some of the customers - first one I looked at on Boots review called "floppy"...says it all really..they are so boreed with being paid to do this they simply take the micky these days :) Someone on amazon last August has written a full style medical review pretty much lifted from our bear text on FUM advfn board- looks silly and out of place and not very subtle. I wonder who wrote it... | takeiteasy
28/2/2024 12:34 | The scamming reviews might have been more effective if some kind of subtlety, more variety and intelligence had been employed. It was blatant, it was stupid. Yes, the figure we can rely on over on Amazon is the number of sales in the last month. Currently standing at 4,000+ | broomrigg

28/2/2024 12:21 | ‘GP said my problem was stress related rather than anything physical, and would resolve itself’ The power of ritual in ED management There’s one more thing we can learn from the placebo trials. It’s not just about the power of positive thinking. It’s about rituals. A 2014 study revealed even people who knew they were taking fake drugs, experienced health improvement. Researchers linked this surprising result to the fact of taking the pills regularly, going for check-ups and paying attention to one’s well-being the placebo is about medical rituals, the ritual procedures in medicine: waiting, talking, disrobing, being examined and being treated | mdi
28/2/2024 12:02 | One thing I have learnt on my short time here, as soon as a writer on the web refers to the amazon reviews for their assessment on eroxon they should be entirely ignored due to the scale of scamming going on there....judge a book by its cover and the number of sales month by month :) | takeiteasy

28/2/2024 11:41 | Today has proved my theory that the higher the price above 40p the greater the sense of panic in the camp and I see we have 3 cut and paste jobs in a row on the other thread - that are fortunately filtered. When we get the share price over 50p he will be up to post every half hour I suspect :) | takeiteasy

28/2/2024 09:52 | Don't know how you did it, but clicking on the same link I've used forever now defaults to this page. Maybe you know who WILL be preaching to an audience of one after all! Hope so, I can stand down then. Keep it up my friend! | petroc

28/2/2024 05:18 | A placebo (/pləˈsi Placebos are used in randomized clinical trials to test the efficacy of medical treatments, so they serve as epistemological tools to screen out the ‘noise’ of clinical research. Improvements that patients experience after being treated with a placebo can also be due to unrelated factors, such as regression to the mean (a statistical effect where an unusually high or low measurement is likely to be followed by a less extreme one).[7] In a placebo-controlled clinical trial any change in the control group is known as the placebo response, and the difference between this and the result of no treatment is the placebo effect.[11] Some researchers now recommend comparing the experimental treatment with an existing treatment when possible, instead of a placebo.[12] To recap for those who have joined more recently here, trials back in 2005 and subsequently were aimed at using some form of active ingredient to trigger an erection response - nitroglycerine in small quantities being the main ingredient. To zoom forward to the last few years, a key trial that used eroxon with ethanol and no nitroglycerine vs. gel with ethanol plus nitroglycerine showed in both cases that up to c.60% success rate in erections. This was a major surprise as the realisation was made that the ethanol using a warming/cooling effect was a much more powerful factor than the pharmalogical potential of nitroglycerine. The firm was then in the happy position to market eroxon as a physical stimulant and not a pharmalogical stimulant which reduced timings for regulatory approvals and time to market that is borne out in real life. If any medic or social influencer makes any claim that eroxon that is being marketed is still classified as placebo, they have not properly unerstood the testing process done by the firm where published results back up the effectivess of the ingredients (i.e. not inert). This is worth noting for this thread as there remain a few (not many now thank goodness) who appear to fail to understand these basic principles and understand testing work performed. dyor etc | takeiteasy
27/2/2024 22:33 | No mention of Norway up and running since 12th February? ‘The andrologist also indicates that he has not had any positive feedback on this product either from his patients or from his colleagues practicing in Belgium where Eroxon Stimgel is more easily accessible’ Wellness Investors: Beware The Placebo Trap ‘Whats the problem with placebos? Placebo effects tend to wear off, and when they do, your customers will drop off. This forces tremendous spending on acquisition since it can cost five times as much to acquire new customers than keep current ones. ‘Since repeat customers generate more than half of the revenue for a majority of businesses, pretty packaging of a placebo will likely struggle to sustain sales. Perhaps the boom and bust commonly seen with wellness brands isn’t due to the hype cycle, but rather the placebo cycle’ | mdi
