Any updates on the Futura patent? LOL

Will be some massive dumping after the rampers finish the pumping on the back of the ‘news’ that a placebo gel claiming to be a treatment for ED and had to be massaged in showed an effect in in unblinded and uncontrolled study!!! ROFLMAO

The cooling effect of a topically applied product can be evaluated using a validated handheld thermal imaging system. When the gel matrix is destroyed after application to the skin, the bound water and alcohol evaporates and a measurable cooling-effect results.

Voltaren vehicle gel application resulted in a rapid reduction of skin surface temperature by 5.1°C after only 3 min

There is a risk that some claims will either be challenged in future (eg on the grounds of non-obviousness or existence of prior art) and/or that another technology may be employed to achieve a similar effect. The protracted development times mean the clock has been ticking on the original issued patents, reducing the protected commercial product

Its the same old ‘swindle’ by the rampers. Its a repeat of 2019 when the rampers were posting similar predictions. Yet Days later the news came out that Med2005 had failed its Phase 3 and the shares plummeted. The difference this time is the bar is set much lower for just a class 2 medical device placebo gel with no adequate control group in FM71.

If successful the shares worth in excess of 135p.
Only 6 more days until december.

Its already been shown even oral placebos have placebo effects in ED. Maybe Zeebo will launch their own alcohol and water gel too! ROFLMAO

‘treatment of ED with oral placebo capsules demonstrates clinical effects, improving erectile function and quality of erection’

Yet again LiarBO posts some totally irrelevant ancient history instead of any shred of evidence to suggest that MED3000 doesn't work. He has to do that because there is no contrary evidence, in fact MED3000 has shown to be efficacious in every test it has been in. Posting smokescreen comments about CSD500 and MED2002 only proves that LiarBO has got absolutely nothing.

Not only did Glaxo walk away from MED and Dermasys but Reckitt did too.

Futura Medical's management had their assets handed back to them by Reckitt Benckiser after the consumer products giant saw little use for erection-enhancing condoms and terminated the agreement to distribute Futura's CSD500 product, along with anti-impotence gel MED2002.

Unlike Med3000 which has no active drug and only consists of just alcohol and water and supposedly some ‘magic’ way of working by just causing a cooling sensation! Med3000 is also only a class 2 medical device just like any cooling lubricants or any cooling arousal gel. And has never been shown to have any effect in ED beyond the mechanical stimulation and that of a placebo.

Futura Medical, its brokers and Trinity give all the appropriate disclaimers regarding the accuracy of statements and what are ‘beliefs’. Sharecast also does the same in its articles and gives the necessary disclaimers.

The ramper does not give any disclaimers!

CE-marking is no excuse for uncorroborated claims of efficacy. The successful CE certification of a medical device or remedy does not release companies from the obligation to prove the correctness of advertising statements.

And its misused by rampers who are proven liars just trying to get the naive to buy in so they can sell out at their expense!

‘The misuse in terminology is also commonly seen in the media where these three terms are interchangeably used and imprinted somewhere in our memories to confuse us later. You may see press releases, or blog posts written by large, well-known medical device companies saying their 510(k) was just approved Using that terminology isn’t just flat out wrong, it can also cause issues for your company’
