The spread this morning changed from the standard 26.5 ..27.5 to 26 ..27.5.
Odd ?
Then a delayed trade for 2m+ turns up as a sell.
Mills may be selling - but a sell would have been at 26.
Has anyone had contact at platform level of the "consent to disclose"?
As an HL client I have not.

How can he? He can't achieve the 75% to delist. So even if he gets close to 29.9% he need to increase materially to get the necessary support .

Yes I spotted that trade over 2 million shares.
Not good as far as I’m concerned - unless it’s Harwood selling.
If he gets his fat hands on Fcrm for the tender price I’ll be livid.

Wow - a big trade gone through today. Wonder if its Harwood again. On thay note has anyone received any information asking for consent to share contact details with Harwood. Ive heard nothing.

They dont want it - to run it - just like melrose and others - and sell it on.
They dont have the money for a TO.

Well Harwood haven’t accrued much stock today. Very thin trading.

It's simple. They have to increase the price they're willing to pay to get the stock they obviously want. Don't understand why people don't see it.

Yes buy and sell above the tender price.They pitched the tender price as an artificial ceiling. Holders won’t enter the tender if they can obtain higher in the open market. Should prove interesting.

Oh just to add its really difficult for them to back out now due to fact they have added. Well in theory they could sell but its going to smash the value of their holding which is why to want the business to start with.

Like I said they wont be able to buy behind the scenes...if they want more stock then buy from the market .....this will now move up. They really haven't thought this through imo.

If I was trying to take this out I would offer a decent price and just get it done.

I just cannot see them getting enough shares without having to go to the open market which is going to cause the share price the rise. They are better off just putting in a better bid now if they really want it.

They are at about 10% now. Best not to under-estimate Harwood in my book. Their win rate is pretty high and they don’t normally pay fair value. Take a position in Oryx to hedge the outcome maybe?

Impossible for them to win the vote if 75% required for delist. Just think about it.
