Phps the overhang has now gone given - the sells which were buys -clearout of Blackrock.
Will never know because the BR holding remaining was under 5% - and if Bayford were not the buyers - then no RNS
Hope this clears the way to A/cs disclosure.
All soon to been seen.

Yes, the results need to be issued by the end of the month, and I’d be very surprised if that is not achieved. Patience needed for a few more days and then everyone can reassess the merits or otherwise of this investment.

Isn't the deadline for filing accounts with Companies House for a publically listed company 6 months after financial year end? If that's the case, they need to file before the end of this month. I don't think the auditors will have been idle over August under these circumstances. There's something gnarly in the accounts that is difficult to resolve while preserving decent optics even if it does not affect the soundness of the business.

No they'll get to 15% I reckon after hoovering up the last 3-4% that Blackrock held. Won't be the free float stock to keep buying. They'll be after the Divi and Capitsl growth having bought in at the bottom.

Maybe maybe not. If the audit partner was on holiday in August its probably not at the top of his list. The auditors will probably get sacked anyway given the shambles, as they must be partly to blame, so I suspect that they are in no rush to accelerate work but focused on ensuring they get everything right given the now higher risk. I still expect results in the next three weeks and could be Monday. Fingers crossed. If things had changed they would have needed to make an announcement.

If they were to suck up today's sells according to my maths it would still only take them to c. 12%. Not sure if a buy out at this level is a good thing. Most I imagine would be in the red if an offer came in soon.

Just patience
Spoke to PR who had spoken to MH before last Fri. Delay cos of A.c sign off.
No faith = just sell. Who knows about the 400k sell. maybe just the end of Blackrock.
Hoping for RNS Tues..Thurs.
Keep the faith - fundamentals unchanged.

The delay helps Bayford add, over 2m sold in recent weeks so expecting an RNS to confirm they've increased imminently, assuming seller is same they must be all but done now.

Looks like someone selling out. I'm still thinking that patience is needed. Management have already announced the impact. Results could be next week. Has anyone called the company?
