Expecting Bayford to announce they've increased their holding anytime soon. Big trades earlier in week could well be end of Blackrock and they'll be taking the slack imo.

Some big "sells" reported late today. Here's hoping the report is earlier in the week rather than later

i invested here because of cash position and possible participation in electric cars market, i honestly think that value is here at present

if PTSG can be taken over, then perhaps this will also attract a bid?

I live and learn. It appears LSE rules are different between UK-incorporated entities and non-UK-incorporated entities. Fulcrum is Cayman-incorporated and notification thresholds are at 5% intervals which is why Blackrock's and Bayford's transactions remained under the radar so long. UK entities must disclose >3% and at 1% intervals.

I'm also surprised that Blackrock would sell in a way that destroys so much value for themselves rather than to dribble it out over a longer period. Admittedly, they probably haven't made a loss since their stake was acquired before 2016.

Another 2 days of 10% rises to share price would be nice and not undeserved. Maybe I ask a lot but surely this has to be one of the best value opportunities available at the moment. If you know of better please let me know!

Yes, I think 50p would be a takeout price at present providing accounting issue is not serious

I have been in this since its earliest listing on AIM @ 15p - bought again @ 60p+ then topped when it dropped to c 50p and again and again @ 32p and 29p.
I can and will wait - really don'y see Bayford investment as anything other than an opportunity - BR wanting to sell - at a silly price.
yes Bayford may need FCRM to provide charging points - and they may get a fair contract - but it would be unethical if they were to have a privileged deal since related party transactions need to be reported.
Another 3 weeks and we will get the goods. I don't expect any material adjustment to the figures provided.
If Bayford were to wish to purchase they would have to disclose. I believe that it may have have been a golf club chat that lead to the investments. Assurances given of course - but no due diligence or anything like that.
IMO Bayford don't throw their money about - and if there was anything other than a reporting failure in the presentation of the A/cs they would not have invested.
