03/7/2019 08:58 | Could get interesting if they have! | carpingtris
03/7/2019 08:57 | Expecting Bayford to announce they've increased their holding anytime soon. Big trades earlier in week could well be end of Blackrock and they'll be taking the slack imo. | ivancampo
02/7/2019 19:44 | Any day now hopefully! Just hoping they are ok. | carpingtris
02/7/2019 16:17 | when are we due for results? | iceman82

23/6/2019 10:31 | i invested here because of cash position and possible participation in electric cars market, i honestly think that value is here at present | iceman82
20/6/2019 09:14 | if PTSG can be taken over, then perhaps this will also attract a bid? | mw8156
20/6/2019 08:45 | I live and learn. It appears LSE rules are different between UK-incorporated entities and non-UK-incorporated entities. Fulcrum is Cayman-incorporated and notification thresholds are at 5% intervals which is why Blackrock's and Bayford's transactions remained under the radar so long. UK entities must disclose >3% and at 1% intervals. I'm also surprised that Blackrock would sell in a way that destroys so much value for themselves rather than to dribble it out over a longer period. Admittedly, they probably haven't made a loss since their stake was acquired before 2016. | ronin92
20/6/2019 07:58 | Another 2 days of 10% rises to share price would be nice and not undeserved. Maybe I ask a lot but surely this has to be one of the best value opportunities available at the moment. If you know of better please let me know! | scubadiverr
20/6/2019 07:56 | That's good news :) | carpingtris

18/6/2019 23:49 | Yes, I think 50p would be a takeout price at present providing accounting issue is not serious | gopher
18/6/2019 19:24 | gopher soon is in the near term. Isn't it. | jl5006
17/6/2019 21:58 | I don't see that soon but of course we have yet to see a profit warning so not out of question | gopher
17/6/2019 21:12 | Iceman I sincerely hope so. | jl5006
15/6/2019 20:56 | so do you see this returning to 60 level in near future? | iceman82
15/6/2019 20:31 | I have been in this since its earliest listing on AIM @ 15p - bought again @ 60p+ then topped when it dropped to c 50p and again and again @ 32p and 29p. I can and will wait - really don'y see Bayford investment as anything other than an opportunity - BR wanting to sell - at a silly price. yes Bayford may need FCRM to provide charging points - and they may get a fair contract - but it would be unethical if they were to have a privileged deal since related party transactions need to be reported. Another 3 weeks and we will get the goods. I don't expect any material adjustment to the figures provided. If Bayford were to wish to purchase they would have to disclose. I believe that it may have have been a golf club chat that lead to the investments. Assurances given of course - but no due diligence or anything like that. IMO Bayford don't throw their money about - and if there was anything other than a reporting failure in the presentation of the A/cs they would not have invested. | jl5006
15/6/2019 11:51 | how about jt5006?# | iceman82 |
