The alternate and more worrying view is they get control and then move to de-list the shares from aim, which means a lot of people won't be able to hold them and the share price falls out of bed...

Just a thought, but if I was SG I would want to shake out as many holders as possible right now, if they can get over 50% of the share they can effectively control the company. So while they may pull their bid for a bit I think they will continue to try to mop up shares.once they have control they will probably stop and the share price may settle back down, but you would expect that they see value the current BOD are unable to execute on correctly which should be good for the long term share price ?

It's all over at 35p, if you want to get rid of the management board,their share holdings,unable to get their bonuses, take money out of the business, then selling your share would be the right thing. I will wait till tomorrow am before letting mine go as I have already ticked the sipps box which I have till 12 to change. They will all go once the new company takes over -- bye,,,

i've ticked the box to accept offer on 19th at 13.00 on sipp. I can cancel up to then if needed. Can't risk it dropping post offer date which it will I think

Once liquidity dries up, as they mention, its down and they are highly likely to mop up the extras needed at < 35p else force merge anyway.

Interesting, so after the 19th at 13.00 extended offer, they have threatened not to buy any more shares as they are in a position to block any votes from the present board and even vote to replace them. It in theory means that after that date and time the shares left may have problems selling as with the offer gone and them in control the share price would drop if they are not buyers. Still have mine but will now properly sell on the 19th before offer closes if nothing changes. We will see.

Offer deadline extended to 19. They have already acquired about 40%. No increase in offer price.

Interesting to see what happens, especially as Science Group got a significant chunk of their holding around 12p
