18/7/2019 13:02 | The alternate and more worrying view is they get control and then move to de-list the shares from aim, which means a lot of people won't be able to hold them and the share price falls out of bed... | 1goldfish
18/7/2019 12:51 | Just a thought, but if I was SG I would want to shake out as many holders as possible right now, if they can get over 50% of the share they can effectively control the company. So while they may pull their bid for a bit I think they will continue to try to mop up shares.once they have control they will probably stop and the share price may settle back down, but you would expect that they see value the current BOD are unable to execute on correctly which should be good for the long term share price ? | 1goldfish
18/7/2019 11:27 | It's all over at 35p, if you want to get rid of the management board, their share holdings, unable to get their bonuses, take money out of the business, then selling your share would be the right thing. I will wait till tomorrow am before letting mine go as I have already ticked the sipps box which I have till 12 to change. They will all go once the new company takes over -- bye,,, | blueteam
18/7/2019 11:07 | That'll be the same prospects that maintains the CEO and CFO's lifestyles at the cost of the shareholders will it? | ianood
18/7/2019 10:25 | Well I am still not selling as can see good prospects for next year and so can science group. Good luck to all. | sabre6

18/7/2019 05:38 | You sure didn't sell too early joe, You'll be selling waaaaaaay to late, months and months and months too late. All the signs were there joe but you were too busy ramping this up to see it. | firw00d
17/7/2019 14:16 | Board are a Clueless bunch of Clowns as I have been saying for a long time. Thanks Sethill look what you have done to this company like A Sinking Ship you've taken this company down. | langham77
17/7/2019 13:55 | i've ticked the box to accept offer on 19th at 13.00 on sipp. I can cancel up to then if needed. Can't risk it dropping post offer date which it will I think | blueteam
17/7/2019 09:38 | J09, sorry but you are very mistaken. Watch. Price ebbs lower, SAG mop-up. Could say price will sag, SAG hoover up. | p1nkfish
17/7/2019 09:08 | “whilst Science Group may at its discretion make purchases of Frontier Shares in the market, it is not required to make purchases at the Offer Price” IE The price is gonna go up as they start buying | john09
17/7/2019 08:44 | Some of these posts are hilarious. People who sold too early 👍😂 | john09
17/7/2019 07:47 | Probably in SAGs favour to have this finally timeout. So much for Cayman Islands registration/jurisdi BoD is toast. | p1nkfish
17/7/2019 07:46 | Once liquidity dries up, as they mention, its down and they are highly likely to mop up the extras needed at < 35p else force merge anyway. Gloves well and truly off. | p1nkfish
17/7/2019 07:43 | Interesting, so after the 19th at 13.00 extended offer, they have threatened not to buy any more shares as they are in a position to block any votes from the present board and even vote to replace them. It in theory means that after that date and time the shares left may have problems selling as with the offer gone and them in control the share price would drop if they are not buyers. Still have mine but will now properly sell on the 19th before offer closes if nothing changes. We will see. | blueteam
17/7/2019 07:42 | Offer deadline extended to 19. They have already acquired about 40%. No increase in offer price. | moizz
16/7/2019 14:58 | Looks like another 86k today, so about 5m short of 50% Interesting to see what happens, especially as Science Group got a significant chunk of their holding around 12p | the drewster
16/7/2019 10:57 | Yep same . Not taking up science group offer . Hardly any people have | john09
16/7/2019 10:36 | Am still hanging-on in here. f | fillipe
16/7/2019 10:35 | Where’s the TS they promised | john09
16/7/2019 10:34 | Offer closes 1pm today | mammyoko
16/7/2019 10:25 | Why with Science group buying buying buying arent these shares sky rocketting ? so much for supply & demand? | haff1
16/7/2019 07:18 | Science Group up to 37% | john09
15/7/2019 23:00 | The only thing that perked up the share price was the SAG offer. What will prevent the share price from falling after the offer lapses? | p1nkfish
15/7/2019 22:52 | BoD might sabotage the company just to be awkward. Slash and burn until there is zero value to be had. | p1nkfish |
