Interesting this morning SAG RNS states the advisor had been disclosed inside information, can only presume this was an oversight or accidental. FST have only informed the public after SAG have disclosed that this has been done so. Yet they disclose no details of the offer.

Likewise to Science Groups threat, if this second bidder bought enough shares in the market they could block Science Group and then im sure Science Groups shareholders would lose patience with their own management.

why dont they just start buying in the market? They know they are going to have to pay a much higher price than the current share price so why not gather as much as they can now?

Science Group can threaten all they want about blocking it. If a high bid price came in, Science Groups own shareholders I'm sure would tell them to back down and accept defeat.

its dropping simply because many holders do not read the news, they see a rise and sell.

Volume is very low as most are heeding the bod advice and not selling.
