So the management are running scared, as if science go for 50% holder they can not do any asset or transfer deal. I think if science up the bid to 40p it will be all over. Going to be very interesting if large sales go through and the 10 million collection has been going well. If I was the science group I would go for broke and up the bid and that would be that.

Herald had been a major shareholder in this company for as long as I can remember. They sold over 11% in May at 30p. I'm guessing Herald knows a lot more than me about the FST Board and the prospects for shareholders. Last week's RNS threatening to take cash out of the company by way of awarding unjustified Director bonuses speaks volumes. A few long-term holders on this thread have complained for years about the greed of FST directors, taking as much cash as they could out of the company. Your complaints have been justified,

The problem with this low offer for Science Group is a secondary offer can come in from a third party at 50 - 100% premium to today’s price

And that’s why I won’t be selling while this is still running

John, the trouble is, if they don't get control, their voting rights can prevent the board passing just about any new proposals - do you really believe that AS & JA could get the share price up to 35p using their skills at the helm? There has been absolutely NOTHING in their actions to date that give any hope to shareholders for future gains, several I spoke to have zero confidence in the BOD and feared losing every penny prior to Science Group taking a position.... and yes, some have accepted the 35p and moved on.

But their behaviours and actions suggests they won’t

They are buying up every share in existence, they are hammering us to sell our shares to them, they feel aggrieved we aren’t selling “ooo it’s x% higher than a price weeks ago” reminds myself of me when I’m buying a house (that I really want!)

If Sci Group walk it's worth looking at what price their average is for breakeven should another lower offer arrive. The first 9% were at 12.5p average. Subsequent were higher.

"9.0% of the issued share capital of Frontier. The average price of the shares acquired was 12.50 pence per share........"

If it does fail, what chance Sci Group + others, being disgruntled, turn major activist and oust the BoD anyway?

They've called out the BoD for what they are.

If the offer fails any buyers post the offer will sell, few buyers = toilet time.

Next offer from any source will likely be < 35p.

Accumulated losses from this BoD are beyond description. Share holder money, gone.

Think they got another 300k or so on Friday, so might see RNS every day if they can get 1% via the 35p facility.
