The begging not to sell and finally what I read as a threat. No surprise to me if they take this baby down to prove a point.

John09, having read many/most of your previous posts I would refrain from calling the kettle black.

ANYTHING can happen from this point and I wouldn't put it past this BoD to screw-up that anything. Look at the track record, it speaks for itself.

Assume nothing, you won't be disappointed.

I suspect some of this BoD are more than capable of taking the ship down to prove a point. Read the RNS. It's desperate.

Would agree blueteam, however, risky to assume it won't just fall back to where it was and go for even less in future unless they can prove they can run the place properly.

The RNS is basically offering nothing except, perhaps, none guaranteed possibilities of future value over cash today.

Would be interesting if Sci Group walked and sold their stake to the credible industry player - still perhaps at a profit - and the credible industry player then picks up the rest below 35p.

The credible industry player only wants s/w or just doesn't think there is enough value here to go head-head with Sci Group.

If I was Sci Group or the other player I would start to talk behind the BoDs back unless there are hard NDA's in place.

I'M afraid 45p is the highest even with a new player. Disappointing for longer term holders though. Think deal will be done at 40p mark.
