Not enough really, I’m in at 33p so little profits, it’s not a done deal yet though with another interested party they’ll need to show their hand but with SAG buying a further 10 million shares today it’s all but lost imv but who knows.

Hard to know how this will go with an unnamed major player interested in a merger or possibly more but without SAG they’ll not reach the 75% to win any vote. It looks to me like discussions with SAG are going to have to happen at some point.

Still kicking yourself for not buying in hey p1nkfish? Dry your eyes and move on or buy in because if this industry player is Silicon Labs, NXP or Samsung you could do quite well.

Remember after you stopped deramping Ubisense and bought in after trying to scare everyone into selling you recovered some of your previous losses on Ubisense. Buying in might help you make some profits this time.

Exactly pinkfish, SAG are very determined to see this through so I’d have thought FST directors would negotiate their positions alongside any takeover, otherwise of a hostile takeover occurs they could lose out.
