Don't confuse the PLC with any Ltd subsidiaries that are not subject to any rules but those of the country they are registered in.

Yes the rules do not apply and expect the management to accept an offer around 48p mark. We will see, the science group will just keep buying as they will be saving money at this price.

Frontier is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and is therefore not within the jurisdiction of the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"). Frontier's admission document dated 10 October 2005 (available on Frontier's website) made it clear (on page 30) that Frontier was not subject to the Code. This is consistent with the AIM Rule 26 section of the Frontier website, which emphasises that Frontier is not incorporated in the UK and correspondingly shareholder rights differ to those in the UK. The website also explicitly declares that "Frontier Smart Technologies Group Ltd. is not subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers".

Science Group have already withdrawn their bid. I believe the regulation state that once a bid is withdrawn it cannot be tabled for another six months. Do not confuse this situation with one where a bid has been tabled and the other part has said its too low so the offer is increased. It is not the case here.

Increasingly difficult for others now Science Group own 25% . If there’s another bidder it needs to be quick

So bid coming, for the very long term holders will still see a loss but at least some money back. May well get a few this am if price holds, can't see a bid over 50p unless other parties interested.
