John09 .... the sum of the parts valuation has reduced each year as mumbles and johnny squander opportunity and throw away cash with ill directed R&D - 30p NOW would have been an excellent deal for long suffering shareholders, as I expect there will be further falls as the self-interest of the top table erodes further value the longer it drags on.

The predator seems pretty scathing of the BOD in their consideration and behaviour during discussions ... who do you believe on all known evidence?

WYG share price 16p and has had a 55p offer today . It just shows. Hold hold hold. We are now in play.

science group have acquired 9% at 12.5p basically about half a million quid. They’ll be buying today this will go for far northwards of 30p.

For reasons I've posted several times before, I'd be amazed if FST hasn't been on the shopping list for several US or EU tech companies ... that being the case, what better time for an opportunistic bid? AXA clearly lost any confidence, so what price would the other insti's be willing to cut their losses at? 20p? 30p? Hard to envisage any more, but looks realistic endgame to me.

Who bought AXA's shares?If a new predator or investor now holds more than 3% we will get an RNS. If an existing II added and crossed a 1% threshold we will get an RNS.If we don't get an RNS it will be a mystery.

Interesting they're giving 15p to sell but are demanding 15.5p to buy. A predator stalking Frontier perhaps?

The AXA sale explains the fall, but doesn't explain why they have lost confidence and taken a big loss on their long-term investment. AXA has long been one of the top three cornerstone shareholders. It increased its holding last year from 6.68% to over 9.4%, showing confidence. AXA's confidence has now plummeted to zero.

I suspect the only hope now is a bid, but who knows if anyone wants the IP and relationships, and at what price.
