He did it over a period of weeks, on loads of BBs. More persistent and annoying than most scammers / pump and dump con artists.

i spoke with the nomad in october to ask if company was still running
but looking the data basically there is almost no difference between sept 14 and dec 14 revenue. so basically company has done anything between sept and dec. why is still trading?

advice about what? aim is an unregulated market and offers no protection for investors. you can contact the nomad, their details are on the rns, Cairn Financial Advisers LLP Sandy Jamieson Tel: [phone] or email them - [e-mail] but it won't tell you anything. If you look at the accounts, you can see they don't have any money and that they've been mortgaged to the hilt since 2011. most of these mining companies are run for the benefit of the owners / directors who are chancers that get their money from them but don't expect them to be interested in investors, they are not in the slightest.

true, this company is technically insolvent, has been for a long time. It's only the creditors that are keeping them alive.

can shareholder ask for a meeting with the nomad or company?
