08/8/2014 14:29 | they do say if you cannot see the sucker in the room :) | ga11amar
08/8/2014 14:10 | waiting for the next bounce. or maybe everyone has got out now, only us suckers left holding... :) | ![]() hereford29
08/8/2014 13:56 | Unfortunately Erlan was (to put it mildly) over enthusiastic about FML's growth potential. I am sure the share price will recover & do well, but not at the speed he predicted. By the way, where is our resident seller today? | jascat
08/8/2014 13:49 | £13m market cap against $1billion target. Shows you just how undervalued FML really is ;) | ![]() induna123
08/8/2014 12:50 | well, we have a way to go to get to what was promised back in 2012! | ![]() hereford29
07/8/2014 17:49 | hereford. I tend not to dabble in the stockmarket these days. I was bored & researched FML & saw an opportunity. It is a distraction from my other more quiet investments. My tip is still FML. Production should be better for the first six months of this year, but the second half is where the big boost in production will be seen. The time frame I am looking at is around two years to see the real potential of FML. | jascat
07/8/2014 17:45 | if there is such distrust of management, i cannot see 4000 making a massive rally. you might get your cash in after seeing the cards | ga11amar
07/8/2014 17:43 | It seems that the expect production being higher is probably reasonable we agree they have 2 extra pads 3+4 and improvements from the consultant so 4000 is reasonable (x2 last year) The elephant in the room is do you trust management when they say 1) they have a buyer 2) they produced 1700 last year 3) they did make pads 3+4 I think a stock take of pads should take care of 3) I do share some concerns on the concentration, and long term the management have frankly done some silly things like building a plant without really testing the ore. For me i am reducting this to a punt on management. my bull case, the sale does happen and they make 4000 my bear case, its all a lie if i put 50/50 on both its an even punt. But i think there is truth not to leverage up massively prior to news. maybe a little stake and trade on news thanks for all the responses. they are appreciated | ga11amar
07/8/2014 17:38 | whats going on here. we have different opinions why do we have to have a go at each other? The management have underperformed and some people held The question is do we expect a good production result and if we do how long to hold for ( e.g taking into account managmeent) losses are losses, i want to look a quick trade | ga11amar
07/8/2014 17:26 | Must be a few Russians and Kazakhs keeping there wealth stored there. Well let's see if FML can get the cash for Naimanjal and keep paying the loan interest, I doubt it, but I would like to be surprised and proved wrong. what's the hot tip on your list? | ![]() hereford29
07/8/2014 17:17 | hereford. Larnaca. Southern (Greek) Cyprus. | jascat
07/8/2014 16:44 | Only 300k dropped by the seller today. Is he almost finished now? It's a question of how low does he want to go. How much pain does he want to suffer? I can't imagine him being able to buy any back when the eventual upturn arrives. The mm's have a habit of squeezing the price when there's a demand for stock, funny that. Just stay calm and keep on buying. | ![]() induna123
07/8/2014 15:54 | well, if you are living off investment profits, I imagine you must have done very well. Greek or Turkish Cyprus? | ![]() hereford29
07/8/2014 15:21 | I have lived in Cyprus for the past 10 years. | jascat
07/8/2014 15:08 | where are you jascat? | ![]() hereford29
07/8/2014 14:38 | I must have been just plain lucky all my life to get where I am I rest my case. | jascat
07/8/2014 14:10 | jascat - I've answered your question in my post 2472 today, but it hasn't penetrated your skull. A profit is not a sign of intelligence with equities anymore than is a lottery winning, people can take the most foolish of decisions and still come out smelling like a rose. FML's share price has to rise over 200% from its current level in order for you to break even. If it happens and you claim this association with being intelligent, it just highlights your delusion. I'll be on the same train, but my ticket price just a fraction of yours. ==================== "The stock market is a game of percentages where you usually lose the further you deviate from the normal odds and rely upon lady luck. If the dream you chase should eventually materialise, it will be despite the manner you have approached it and with little credit of intelligence. You have a large loss-gap to fill before your head is above water because of diving into the deep end too soon." ==================== | vizz
07/8/2014 12:41 | don't listen to him, buy some more jascat. In fact, if £125,000 worth of FML stock is only a small percentage of your total investments, you must be well off, so buy the majority, i'm sure you could also do a better job of running the company than those clowns in charge. | ![]() hereford29
07/8/2014 12:30 | So I can expect an apology if I make money on my investment in FML, or will you squirm out of that by then claiming it was luck? | jascat
07/8/2014 12:11 | jascat - My advice is not really directed at you (you're above listening to anything other than the voices in your head), but other punters who are not aware you are totally out of your depth on the subject of equity investment. My only loss of any consequence connected with FML is my patience with your type of character having only enough knowledge to be dangerous to people who unwisely listen to your advice. As a retired professional trader, I have heard a great deal of nonsense from private punters over time, but some of your utterances don't even rate as valid opinion being as they often are so wide of how the market works. Stick to where you earn your money and not pollute the minds and MT the pockets of those not experienced enough to see through your twaddle. | vizz
07/8/2014 11:14 | Vizz. You are a sad man who has lost everything on FML. One of a band of such people who haunt the FML boards. I do not tell you how to spend your money, so kindly do not attempt to tell me. My FML investment is only a small percentage of my total investments. Granted it is at the moment my only stockmarket investment, but I am mainly in property & some precious metals. | jascat
07/8/2014 10:59 | Tejumin you are a complete idiot. Call the company and call cairn. This smells like a fraud. I don't want to be wiped out here either. | ![]() hereford29
07/8/2014 10:46 | temmujin - It has been impossible to place a short on FML for the best part of 2 years. | vizz
07/8/2014 10:41 | I've just had a great idea.. | ![]() blueball |
