It was committing acts of fraud from the moment it listed on AIM, so it is more a case of having not yet realised it was a fraud, even though all the warning signs were there and there were plenty of warnings from those who read them. The reason why they were ignored were purely down to stupidity and greed. The idea that the company would make everyone rich is what kept them in and indeed getting in deeper in some cases, what they intended to do with those riches does not change the stupidity and greed that led them to bury their heads in the sand and lose everything.

Apart from the moonie-like worshippers/diehards on LSE, I would think there is widespread acceptance now of our fate, of the disgraceful way in which the old/current BOD have acted🤦‍;♂️, and of the notion thst some are going to be millionaires💷;💷💷

I truly hope that the workers-who have been royally shafted-get some kind of recompense from these charlatans.

Mind you LSE are amateurs in attracting cerebrum-challenged like outofstep🥴especially when he is the only person to read his own posts🤫

The hearing today is an attempt by ZM to dismiss the TRO / case against him. ZM would seem to be basing it on technicalities - 'I don't live in Texas so the court doesn't have jurisdiction' even though the court found otherwise - rather than reply on supporting evidence. FRR lost the first attempt at a TRO because of a technicality, so maybe thats why ZM have chosen this route - or this is stronger argument than their evidence. The judge previously rejected the evidence presented by ZM at the last hearing when granting the TRO.

R8pilot - I thought the hearing was 2pm local. Do you have an update? -

Hi guys, can anyone help with these doc’s that journo requires?

I have asked 5 members off LSE Frontera thread-no replies and absolutely staggered that they are still of the opinion that the current BOD are all above board🤦‍;♂️

Why is everyone frightened of responding guys, there are so many lies being told, by members of our current BOD, and still some believe that our BOD are 😇

Sorry, but I don’t get it🤔
