Shorts are open and fees need paying and even depending on the deal they may have to pay up at loan share at the share price on the day loaned. Their only hope is that FRR go under or they fail to relist in 6/12months as they will get a positive settlement. In the mean time they can only be watching this and must be very nervous time. They hope we list with NO positive news so traders and SH will sell and crash the share price and save their collective bacon. Hence effort is put into trashing every thing and one to ensure people sell when and if relisted.

RE: asset saleToday 09:03I think they would need to offer a price per share say 5p and that would be paid to all shareholders on the register with possible add ons that ZM gets seat on BPGeorgia / Moldova etc many combos in play , lets just hope we are included.
I am guessing they will still pay for a registrar to process any holdings for a while at least , unlikely to take it in-house.
Another option would be the offer (if any) could contain both shares and cash or either or , either way I would be happy.

Many permutations in play. So please ignore the people who say your money is gone..not so...yet , just hard to cash any in if at all possible. Ends

Why didn't you listen? Did you never ask yourself 'what if they're right?'

It's akin to someone outside a building you're in screaming at you that it's on fire & you not even bothering to have a little sniff or a bit of a look around.

Fozzy, no need to apologise, these boards are for detabing, and naturally we defend our investments, even when others are telling a different story.

It's a sad way this has turned out, Zara is a slippery snake oil salesman.
AiM is indeed a horrendous cesspit, as many have found out the hard way today.
I found out the hard way many years back in a different company, but usually sense a scam a mile off nowadays and more so if i see the likes of Wshak, Loglorry, Jaknife, etc, names on a thread.

Take some time away from anything stock market related, after a few days, you wont really miss it. You'll feel like you have your life back.

If you do come back to it, mess around with something safe, like Lloyds for example, skim a few hundred here and there off it.

I'll be deactivating my Advfn account, liquidating all my other shares and staying away from stocks and shares. Just not for me eh? I've no no risk management skills.

This looks like an orchestrated plan between Zaza, Dross and Hope to screw mug punters to get the company to the point where they can take the spoils for themselves.
