He said FRR long the term holders pain will subside around 6 months after the impending delisting and bankruptcy has been annonunced.

I read there is a gap in DART chart around 320p

I checked this out, and yup, there certainly is.
As this is AiM, i fully expect that gap to be filled, also agreeing within / around 24 months time.

The new court session suggests it's settled out of court and it needs our lawyers to pull the action and sign it off as such imo...
