05/1/2019 18:48 | The bottom line here is that Zaza's ego is going to cost shareholders far more than is owed to Outrider. | dodge_city
05/1/2019 18:19 | FRR is going to the wall, I have no doubt about that. But a lot of normal folk have lost really significant sums of money, so show a shred of decency and empathy. | kidknocked
05/1/2019 17:39 | Dodge, absolutely. He has totally brain washed many people. Like i've always said, he is a snake oil salesman. | joe king1
05/1/2019 17:37 | Can enyone enlighten me as to why the lse rampers believe FRR will relist and start around 1p? Am i one of the few who is sober? | joe king1
05/1/2019 17:36 | You can bet Zaza will sacrifice investors to save his own skin. | dodge_city
05/1/2019 17:31 | Maybe TW was slower at writing up his article due to his workload. There are always 2 sides to a story. | joe king1
05/1/2019 17:31 | The emails appeared first on the BBs, well before shareprophets article. Daming info was dug up on SM, TW article was off the back of other peeps ground work. He done nothing. | john henry
05/1/2019 16:59 | The same stuff appeared independently on Shareprophets - where I saw it first but did subsequently download the e-mails from the dropbox starrage kindly set up, so I can double check the facts about what they do and do not actually say, before I post about them. If it is in the public domain, then sooner or later somebody is going to publish it is the real lesson. The Nomad resignation from publication on shareprophets happened very quickly (with a phone call or 2 from TW alerting Liam) so there can be no doubt that it was information in the affidavit and e-mails, which the Nomad was finding out for the first time (like all FRR shareholders), which constituted the breach of rule 31. The resignation e-mail to FRR would have been very short - We are resigning as Nomad with immediate effect, due to breach of rule 31. FRR shares will be suspended before trading commences on 24th and will be delisted one month thereafter... It is just about possible that Zaza did need the rules explaining to him, as he never bothered to follow any of them, and his tweet was not a complete lie. | sweet karolina
05/1/2019 15:04 | Timster Posts: 4,718 Opinion: No Opinion Price: 0.2875 RE: Don't worry, Today 14:03 It's a guess like any other, an obvious one though, of course they will be trying to get a new nomad [I suspect a few phone call will have been made this week and maybe some more next week, but I doubt any Nomad would waste any time on due diligence - no company, in the last 5 years, who has had its Nomad resign with immediate effect has secured a new Nomad. The passport to NEX has ceased, NEX realised a while ago that if it was to become a credible market it had to stop just accepting AIM rejects with no questions asked] And they've told us they are doing work overs, none of that will stop just because the shares are suspended. They still have a work force and jobs to do [the suspension makes no difference, being in financial default makes the company insolvent and all expenditure should cease to avoid trading whilst insolvent - directors personally liable when that happens. Whether Zaza is blindly ignoring the law on this matter and blundering on regardless or not is not clear and is therefore anyone's guess, but the assumption that work will be continuing as usual is a poor one] It is a shame that anyone who does actually know these basic facts has been shouted out of the asylum and therefore there in nobody to explain these facts to poor Timster. It is my guess that once they hit the Depression and Loneliness stage, the asylum will largely empty and the opportunity to learn from their mistakes will be lost. | sweet karolina
05/1/2019 14:50 | Bit of both IMHO | sweet karolina
05/1/2019 14:04 | tickboo, If you were remotely interested in learning, you would not be criticising me for posting. Enjoy your lunch. Keep going and future lunches will come from food banks. Enjoy poverty the food will only be a few days out of date. | sweet karolina
05/1/2019 13:09 | The rampers on lse still strongly believe Zara is going to magically bring FRR back to life, better than before suspension. hahahahahaha One muppet i read has 100m shares, combined with his family. ffs, and it's all gone. Better luck next time, sucker. | joe king1
05/1/2019 12:50 | Of course tickboo, you are clearly an investing genius who has nothing to learn from this and other mistakes and are therefore doomed to repeat them. Enjoy poverty | sweet karolina
05/1/2019 11:04 | Enjoy poverty, unlikely even if I lose out here. I had an average of 0.3p and was fortunate to de-risk at an average of a little over 0.4p so although I still hold a substantial number my losses won't be massive given I sold 60% at a decent profit so if it does go completely under as you say the losses can be written against CGT I'll owe. A small silver lining. That said you never know. Zaza is either a crook, simply over played his hand and is stupid or will reach a settlement and they'll re-list. Until they release an RNS I won't waste too much time on it. I had a look in here as I get emails when people post and I do have to glance at emails so posted what I did as it's a little sad in my view. It's suspended, you're not long or short and it's the weekend. That's all.Try and have an good weekend! | tickboo |
