I have never lied about a thing. If you have proof of that, simply post a link and show everyone I'm a liar.

Zaza lied when he said FRR would never give YA another share but then proceeded to give them £40K's worth as a restructuring fee.

We can all give opinions that are subsequently shown to be wrong, but that doesn't make someone a liar though, does it?

If you have a specific statement that you think I've lied about, put up or shut up.

The likelihood of Outrider causing FRR any issues is now NIL. Zaza has killed two birds with one stone, so the cross default issue that the shorters were constantly banging on about does not exist. As I've been saying for the past couple of weeks, the net is closing and some of the rats who have been colluding with YA are going to be squealing for mercy shortly.

Who's gonna be first to point the finger in exchange for a lesser sentence?

Loggy now the issue with YA is sorted the likelihood of Outrider causing FRR any issues is diminishing.

I did say your only hope was Mr Hope but I now think your only hope is now a very long shot.

I think now the risk is now that "that" RNS with the super majors fails to ignite the market. Can't see it myself but you never know.

Placing?

2 majors. Directing Extended Well Tests to gauge as much information as possible. One of those majors putting forwards a plan that would deliver $300m OPEX savings and increased Revenues of over $1bn. Majors that have had NDA's agreed since June / July, and are still there.

A placing won't be needed when a JV / Farm Out is signed, FRR get an upfront payment, and a free carry to production on an aggressive drilling programme.

You on the other-hand, may need to start a Go Fund Me, to cover your shorts.

I'm afraid you're changing your tune when you now say 'both companies were in a weak position". You didn't say that before today's RNS wrt YA?Of course cash is tight but Zaza already explained it was because the industry majors were involved with testing, which hampered full production from T39 Eldari B.Zaza also said he expects a deal within 3 months......Also, how are YA now going to cover the shares they already forward-sold? They couldn't get $8m away at any price, even 0.1p - of that I'm sure.

I suspect it will be another $2-3m job IF they can get a bucket shop involved. That won't solve any long term problems, of course, but that has never prevented FRR from getting in what they could in dribs and drabs.

I reckon a highly discounted placing to get that $2-3m in, then kick the can down the road for a couple of months.

Any other views, guys?
