Well i think they would get a placing away easily to pi's if they get good results.
Better for company and PI's if they get the share price up on news do a PB placing and get YA out the frame.
I still can't see any sign of forward selling, volume is very low.
I agree if those wells dont flow good then it is going to be hard to get any sort of placing away. So we would be left with YA to kill the share price and the company would be finished. So there's a lot riding on these results for us and the management.

Well we agree on that Jak but I don't think FRR could raise money just to clear off YA that easily. They'll drip it out to the market as they have done before over a year or so.

Hey up Dodge. Made enough cash during the past ten days to buy those toys but that doesn't matter. It's filthy money anyway. Most important things in life are truth, health and family.

What matters to me here is FRR's share price. Investors need a good result at T45 otherwise the share price will slump. When are results? Don't know but for sure they'll be an update before the meeting.

Is there a placement due? I think yes, to pay off YA but I'm unsure of the timing and strike price.

We're in hands of the oil Gods now...

Just a guess :-)

Jak that's not quite true. It's entirely possible YA just restarts the death spiral. Why would they not? It's an extra 20%+ for very little work.

I doubt they'll be any proper news before the May Mug Meeting and probably a placing shortly thereafter.

They'll be an update on T45 and Ud2 before the meeting. At least the longer the wait the more accurate the results will be.

Like I said, could go either way.

So where is this news?
This is starting to stink now.
Placing before any news, so the boys from the city make there money as usual.
PI's will be left after good news is released at around the same price it is now.
One day companies will work for there shareholders and not the spiffs in the city.
Then again the spiffs are who keeps the money flowing into the managements pockets and out off the PI's pockets.
If a placing is done before news we will know who Zaza is working for, themself.

The ii buying was in addition to the PB offer Log and there was no need for it to be underwritten. If you think a ii made 1.5m shorting FRR from .55 to .45 when there's a risk of being wiped out at 0.10 then fill your boots. Take it for what it was, a ii or hnw individual having a punt.

Maybe I should cancel my FT subscription and sign up to the prophets? Im obviously not making money as im new to all this :-)

No @fozz that's simply the mechanism used to remove the risk underwriting the PB placing.

Yes I do think that Zaza and Dros have never put their own money at risk like the equity holders. Why would they?

I know you are new to AIM so this is probably all a bit of a surprise.

A million and a half quid isn't actaully that much money to some people logster, couldn't it be that the ii actually liked what Dustin said and subsequently fancied a punt? I guess you think Dustin, Zaza's And Steve's share purchases are all free money too?

Take it for what it is Log, a high risk AIM penny stock. Could get pumped to 1.2p+ or drop to 0.10p just as easily.

Pays your money and takes your chances.

No worries Logster, yeah all a bit too complex this free money lark. A ii locked in for 6 months for 1.5m is on a free ride? Right, yeah I see now. So It makes no odds if the share price moves to 0.10p this month.

There's no downside it's free money you plonker. It was in case not enough mugs took up the placing. The underwriter didn't want to be left long. In reality they did get the placing sold to mugs leaving the ii short so frr just issued them more shrs to leave them flat and in profit.

Not to worry @fozz it's obviously a bit to complex.

A ii short sells for 10 points from 55 to 45 when the downside in June could be 0.10.

@fozz cmon I thought you were brighter than that. They get short at say ave 0.55 before the placing then cover in the placing at 0.45 and make the difference. They never need to sell as have just used the shares from the placing to give back the borrowed ones they sold.

I'll let you work out who they could have got borrow from.

Standard stuff.

Btw it's bullish as the ii has no position to sell down.

Oh that one. I'm sure they were already short going into the fundraising. That's how it works. No need to sell.

Is this amateur hour? If the ii was short be the raise the drill results will be known before June so the share price will probably either be sub 0.10 or over 1p so the ii is still putting their capital at risk. I'm not sure you can spin it any other way Logster.
