The Company also announces that, further to the completion of the fundraising announced on 12 February 2018, an institutional investor has subscribed for 331,858,407 ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.452 pence per ordinary share raising a further GBP1.5 million for the Company. As previously announced, the Company's operations at T-45, Dino-2 and Ud-2 were funded and underway. The new funds raised are to further advance the Company's work program operations at the Taribani and Mtsarekhevi complexes which includes the drilling and stimulation program at well T39 as planned. Under the terms of the subscription, the subscriber has agreed to a 6-month lock-in period for the subscribed New Ordinary Shares.Its 19th august not june log

the ii can sell their shares in JUNE

@fozz there is so much stock issued I sort of forget. Can you remind me which institutions can sell stock in June and why they were locked in again?

I was really hoping to get more of this stuff away above 0.6p but @fozz is letting me down a lot here.

Hi guys

Thought i would have a few days off posting.
Well nothing has changed.
Will be interesting seeing how this plays out.
Well at the moment the na says have it right, its all gone quiet.
There won't be a placing before the meeting, 9/5/2018.
No one is that daft to do one before they have to meet up with investors.
So it just a case of will any flow results come before any possible placing.
I think we all know the answer to that.

Log and co, could put a spanner in your short and our rise.
But this is AIM, ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN.

When you least expect it Logster, look at BPC...whooooosh...

If you're asking seriously though, JUNE does seem a key date, the ii can sell their shares in JUNE and mid JUNE is when YA payback is. I would expect that all the cards, good or bad, will be laid bare in June.
