Morning Tickboo,

100% they'll be a PB raise floating around in Zaza's head. Expect one after T45 results and before the share holding meeting. Zaza will raise on the back on T45 success. I think the strike price will be around 1.1p.

I think he may raise around 3m gbp, he'll pay off YA and have a mil left over for running costs and the V18 drill. How many shares is that at 1.1p? Just over 300m shares. Suspect if T45 is good a ii will want in too...

Most CEOs have ‘cosy chats’ with their large investors, odd for them not to. They can reassure them with info that isn’t material and it’s up to the investor to remain confident or not.

I’m sure we’ll have flow rates on T-45 before 9 May which is over 3 weeks away. We may have some news on ud-2 and hopefully the frac at Dino will be in progress too. An interesting few weeks in my view.

If there is more to be said on the matter then it goes in an RNS. No cosy chats, no Malcy leaks, no tweets, no WHI broker notes hinting, no proactive interviews.

If the bulls weren't so green here they'd see what a huge red flag this is.

If we need more funds to accelerate the campaign raising at 1.1p would be good. We still have some 1.5bn shares headroom so go for 500m would be £5.05m which isn’t to be sniffed at and get the share price higher if further monies are needed and another 1bn left. In total a 10% dilution which has been priced in by the MMs anyway as they expect it to be used. I’m sure Zaza and his investors would rather not use it but if we can pay off YA and a accelerate things than crack on. Exciting times.

How are we today? Sounds to me like the whole episode is simply a storm in a tea cup. The weak holders and those over exposed are out. Good base for a solid rise on T45 results wouldn't you say?

Massive week, big 10 trading days ahead, perhaps the most important in FRR's history so far. Predictions... 0.85p? 1.2p? 1.6p spike? or 0.2p failure?...spin that drill bit.

He’s not everyone’s cup of tea but this is from Malcy’s blog today.

After yesterday’s rather terse RNS I was pleased to be able to chat to Zaza this morning to put things into perspective . I gather that with regard to the ‘renegotiation’ a sledgehammer has been used to crack a nut and matters are of a reasonably modest nature. Much more importantly Frontera has much going on operationally which include the fraccing at T-45 and also drilling at Dino-2. This might be a very exciting week for shareholders at FRR and I for one am very much looking forward to it…..

Why news? Dino TD and details on the zones like they did for T-45, confirmation the frac has completed and kit and crew at ud-2 as I’m not sure we’ll get initial T-45 flow rates but stabilised one’s which can take a couple to a few weeks. Who knows. Confirmation Dino-2 is looking good and well logging results due would be good as well as ud-2.

zaza has just over 2 weeks to produce some real results to avoid a lynching at the next presentation to shareholders.

You also have to wonder what nasty surpise he will announce before that date.

You do make me laugh. It's all fine because the arbitration means a) there's news leaked of substantial potential production and b) the bit that have to give up isn't where the production is c) we don't know what it's all about because Zaza has told us he hasn't seen details yet he knows the accusations are baseless !

Alllllrighteeee. Let's get some new highs in please I'm gonna enjoy taking some cash from fozzer!

Also, the co sec, Leven is a lawyer and knows the PSC inside out. He’s a full time employee and I’m sure won’t need too much support if it goes to arbitration.

Sux, if T-45 stabilises at 400bopd that will be $840,000 a month (30 days) at $70 and Dino should be similar and online in a mo th or so.
