The lock in is just window dressing. The institution will be flat so nothing to lock in

Disappointed Log, I thought better of you, I gave you more credit. Are you really suggesting that FRR has not received 1.5m gbp?

FYI, the market has absorbed 2.5m gbp worth of stock along with YA's lot within the past 9 trading sessions. I'd say the share price is performing very well. There's rock solid support at 0.47p according to the charts. Nothing anyone says here has any influence on the share price so what's your beef bro?

In about 3 weeks we'll have T45 results which if good will be Transformational for the company and share price. I'm following the informed money and I'm not listening to the potting shedders. If you don't believe what is written in a legal regulated news releases then what an earth are you doing in the markets? You're better suited to bitcoin pal.

The Company also announces that, further to the completion of the fundraising announced on 12 February 2018, an institutional investor has subscribed for 331,858,407 ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.452 pence per ordinary share raising a further 1.5 million for the Company. As previously announced, the Company's operations at T-45, Dino-2 and Ud-2 were funded and underway. The new funds raised are to further advance the Company's work program operations at the Taribani and Mtsarekhevi complexes which includes the drilling and stimulation program at well T39 as planned. Under the terms of the subscription, the subscriber has agreed to a 6-month lock-in period for the subscribed New Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the Company will have 15,566,751,470 ordinary shares in issue with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury and accordingly there are no voting rights in respect of any treasury shares. The aforementioned figure of 15,566,751,470 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the disclosure requirements applicable to the Company.

I might start a new thread called, The LSE Rampers. It will be the identity of the rampers, all details.
Will be fun, just like the Hunger Games, instead of being brown bread, it will be seeing which one goes bust first.

Fozzer the underwriting institution would have sold short before the raise in case there wasn't enough PI demand to take it all up. They'll have agree with FRR that they'd be sold shares to cover the short if there was enough demand. Critically they would not want to be left having to buy shares if not enough PI demand for obvious reasons.

The lock in is just window dressing. The institution will be flat so nothing to lock in.

BTW can you get ramping a bit more. So far the shares have hardly lifted from the placing price.

Jack,

Let me get this straight, so you are stating that Darwin bought 1.5m pounds worth of stock from Frontera and then transferred 1.5m gbp of money into Frontera's bank account? Now Darwin are locked in for 6 months into a make or break drilling campaign whereby their 1.5m will either be worth 120,000k or 8m+ in 6 months. Absolute gem, Bump and Log must have their heads in their hands.

You missed the director buy signal at 0.06 and now you're missing this one.

3 weeks to see whom is right...

Tick tock.

JakNife - If I were you i'd give up this share game and go back to ladies hairdressing at least you could then talk to a captive audience. Not that they would take any notice of anything you said.

Jack,

There was a sell trade for about 200,000k just after the PB raise which was the underwriter disposing of the balance of shares which weren't taken up, they got their cheap shares and made money through the commission.

What an earth is going on inside that head of yours? A market maker buying 1.5 million pounds worth of stock and then holding the stock for 6 months through a make or break drilling campaign??? Log and Bump must cringe when they read your posts, they really must.

At least you admit you were at the meeting and I think you were the loon asking the stupid questions. It's all good though keep on trucking and all that. You're lucky fella for being able to close your short, at least you took my advice. The way you were posting was like a Big Sally, embarrassing.

What planet are you on Jack? So a company shorted the stock for 1.5 million pounds of which no trades or volume were reported for 1.5 million gbp and then a few days later they decided oh well we'll go long and lock in for 6 months for the drilling results. You are a rank amateur my friend and have no clue how the markets work, absolutely no clue.

Were you the guy whom stood up at the share holding meeting and asked if the UD2 well ultimate recovery was for the entire field?

The city boys have to eat Peter and they plan to suckle on this fatted sow.

Do you think the banks lost out during the financial crises? No it was the likes of Bump and High, the everyday man with pay freezes and job losses.

PS - AiM is a leaking cess pit.
------------------------------------------

i won't argue with you about that statement.
But every now and again that cesspit has to be re topped up, so it can continue to leak.
Will it be topped up again from here? well we will find out in a short space of time.

but you also said it would tank to 0.3's which never happened

I do a bit of TA in my spare time. There's rock solid support at 0.47 on the FRR chart, I only see the share price going below 0.47 if T45 is a failure. However, on T45 success I see 1p+.

Mick, great re-post from Kickmuck and he obviously has great taste in music as well as oil and gas experience. He knows what the end game is with his 1.63b for 43 million barrels asset sale example. More on that after the four well campaign though. All I'll say is how do you expect Steve and Zaza to benefit from their 16% stake in company? They won't be able to divest their stock through the market, the end game is an asset sale and I think it will come sooner rather than later.

There's risk here but it's now at the well head, nobody knows if T45 will be a complete success but the signs are looking very good reading the last update from the well. I offer no buy or sell advice, all I'll recommend based off my ten years experience making money off the AIM is remember to take profit.

I see this being over 1p next month if T45 results are good.

Mr meastro sends out a generic message across several aim shares and he is bound to get 1 right as aim shares in general a casino style investment so he is a bit like a a horse napster giving his opinion across several newspapers and when the 1 comes in he goes back to say how brilliant he is self gloating egotistical man Come on be more specific about your claims as you have minmal credibility at the moment with only 1 prediction of a placing but you also said it would tank to 0.3's which never happened
