Oh boy, tomorrow is gonna be fun ;)

I think the next 15 trading sessions will be wild...

Looks like relative calm has descended back onto the boards with investors realizing the raise has some merit in its timing.

My 1.6p spike prediction on T45 sounds like fun ;)

Just an opinion

There may be a temporary dip, I have decided not to buy from PB , imo they tie your money and shares for too long ....so I will keep my powder dry and watch share price and decide whether to top up or not ...no panic imo !

Upon a casual glace that may be a theory easily reached. However, I think Ud2 will be far from a "beep" up.

There's an interesting post on LSE from a poster named moleinahole.

As s result of the comments being made on here and other bulletin boards since 5pm on Friday I took the time to contact the company. The allegations being made by a number of holders here that they had been lied too simply did not ring true to me. I have today spoken with the company simply to reconcile the comments reported by numerous posters that they believed no fund raise was promised with the current primary bid placing to answer the bit missing in the RNS -why now? The answer was as I expected. Up to last week the intention was indeed to raise as reported by people attending the 25th Jan event. Namely off the back of results from either UD2 of T45. That calculus was changed by the wider market events by the middle of last week. For reasons of financial certainty and to guarantee continuity to the service providers for the full program the company needed to secure the full additional funding to complete the programs now with the under written placement (as per the RNS). It was basically deemed prudent to secure funds as a slot to use primary bid was available. This enables both Frontera and the various service providers to plan for the full campaign with the risk of finance disrupting operations removed from the table. There are underlying drivers here that will start to effect all small capital stocks. A tightening of credit and its potential future cost with rising interest rates - itself the principal reason for the wider market instability last week. The impact of ongoing market instability in the certainty, cost and price achieved of equity fund raises. These are not unique to Frontera but Frontera are running with tight budgets on the programs and as we know do not have an underlying revenue stream yet to underpin the business. We always knew the 3rd well was unfunded and UD2 needed further time and expense specifically for pumps. The company had also been clear they need $12m to support the programs in May 2017 of which $6m+ has now been raised. With the underwritten offer the company is now funded for the full campaign (saving anything unexpected) and I think it is now reasonable to assume that any future placings would be after results of one or more of the operations. That position was the intention but not a certainty on 25th January. So rather than being lied to I believe the CEO has made the call (that is his responsibility) to ensure the current work program can be completed in full as planned and not disrupted by any ongoing market instability. It is a reaction to events not an attempt to hood wink shareholders.

There's no way that thefozzer was buying. He was part of the pre-placement ramp

Not at all Jack, I'm what you call a true beliver. Just picked up 3m on PB. I'll give you some good advice, if 0.48 comes next week you shouldn't hesitate.

I suspect we'll get an update next week on T45 nothing spectator just a taster. Results a mere few weeks away.

1.6p share price spike on good T45 results is my bet.

Just an opinion.

History is well worth checking - It says all you need to know - "Good money after bad" comes to mind.

not great unless really good news in pipeline?

I'm hoping to participate in the PB later this evening.

Seen the tweet from Frontera?

Another good day for T-45 drilling operations. Progressing as planned

I wonder if this is to let in some "mates" from the recent ii meeting.

T45 is a game changer, 1.6p spike on success.

Just an opinion.

I might participate in the PB raise ,although it can be a ball ache with delays actually getting hold of the new stock to trade ... so maybe just wait to see what happens with SP, more dilution tho ,last raise was @ .58 ... not great unless really good news in pipeline?

When I say fail I mean underwriters have to take a big chunk. Eg retail won't take it all up. Underwriters don't want to hold this junk so they'll flip it out with perhaps a hit out of their 15pc fee.

I took part in quite a big way but not going long or anything daft. I hope it goes higher on the usual ramp and I'll come back for more.

Log, we don't know what happened between the shareholder meeting and now. Like I said, I was stunned that there was not a raise at the time of the meeting.

I'm not going to jump to conclusions. However, I will be amazed if the PB gets covered. If it does I'll raise an eyebrow.

Great chance for Jack to close his short. He's been very lucky.

Just an opinion.

So Fozzer you are happy your CEO is a liar then? OK enough said.

Probably doesn't get fully subscribed and goes lower but I've subscribed and covered quite a bit. I was selling at 0.55 recently so can't grumble.
