07/2/2018 12:26 | Jack bump log no bull... FRR was a wonderful fatted sow and many suckled from it over the years. However, when the Directors converted their shares at 1p that was the time to buy. 1p first price target, it's happening. Just an opinion. | thefozzer
07/2/2018 12:26 | @thefozzer just because the YA agreement ends in June it doesn't mean they can't just extend it. What would FRR say if YA just say - we are done so far but we are going to keep going? FRR could say "no" but then YA just say pay us what you owe us then - which they can't. You think the Tarabani fields can produce enough oil to pay down $33M of debt in 2 years? They are going to be bloody successful. Even Zaza (not Zara as you wrote) has said IF they work well they'll pay for their costs in a year. So that means they'll have to produce enough in 18 months to pay down the debt? That's assuming now more spend at all. You guys are just dreaming. I accept there is a level at which anything is worth a punt but at £100M enterprise value you are kidding yourselves. Have you any idea what sort of companies exist in the O&G space at that market cap? | loglorry1
07/2/2018 12:25 | Remember SN and Zaza converted their RPNs to shares so are aligned and will want to avoid yet more dilution if they can so after the 164m FRR will have a futher 2.25bn shares authorised and I'm sure Zaza will want to avoid tucking into them to pay YA back as it will dilute him and SN. Anyway, first and formemost let's get T-45 producing circa 350bopd which will give holders and those on the sidelines confidence. | tickboo
07/2/2018 12:21 | Why do you guys keep saying 2 more tranches? There are 4000 left and they are currently converting at 400/month. Yes there is a monthly limit which for now they are sticking too. However after May they'll surely start again as they'll not have them all converted? Why do you think they have to stop? Do you think YA will just forget about the rest? I suppose like the $33M of debt you think it will all just be magic'ed away. ____________________ Log, you're better than this. The currently contractual agreement between FRR and YA ends in June. YA can convert another 194m shares. During the share holder meetings Zara has already indicated that YA may be paid off with cash. The 33m dollars or 20m long term debt is due in 2.5 years. I can posts my calcs again if you like but the oil wells, if successful, will easily cover $33m. 1p first price target. Just an opinion. | thefozzer

07/2/2018 12:11 | After the pair of them have been bigging up both oil and gas recently they will both look extremely stupid if they don't deliver. | dodge city
07/2/2018 12:07 | dodge - I expect a YA RNS this week and hopefully most pre-sold and going to an II. Reckon they’ll get 65m or so, might get a tweet once they’re gone or before to get mug punters like us to buy more (although I’m fully loaded). We’re in the 0.5s until news and may occasionally drop to 0.49 where support is. They have 194m to convert until mid-June so after this month's it looks like 2 more tranches unless we have news that shifts the share price higher so they'll get fewer shares for their $400,000 so it may go into 3 months, I think that will be the case. If T-45 is a flop and we should know in a few weeks Dustin and Zaza will be in for a tough time, as will the share price and sentiment. | tickboo
07/2/2018 11:44 | Nobull, With the greatest respect mate, it's pure fantasy what you're suggesting. It was when you suggested it 3 years ago and actions have finally put that "conspiracy" theory to bed. I agree that Steve was a very poor communicator but for the past 6 months the comms have been outstanding. Suggest, if you're holding we allow the team 3-4 months to walk the walk. Hey, I'm sat on a big wad of cash profits and I think there's more to come. Opinion only. 1p price target. | thefozzer
07/2/2018 10:50 | TheFozzer, in investment etiquette, this company is what Harvey Weinstein is to gentlemanly behaviour. It fails to communicate any credible financial strategy, it fails to be upfront about how the directors benefit from exploration failure, and if the directors did think there was a massive economic rent they could extract, they would take the company private to garner it for themselves. Rich people do not knowingly get rich by behaving nicely. The 'attractions' of the 202 TCF need to be understood in terms of the SPE classifications: it is the wrong sort of gas (the type that needs money spending on it, money that this company cannot acquire at modest cost without giving away most of the gas (dilution). Also, the production license terms mean the production has been split by time into an interest in possession (which FRR has until the PSA finishes) and an interest in remainder (which the Georgian Govt. has). The delays (insufficient capital, construction permit delays, etc.) mean any value in it can be transferred to the interest in remainder (we just pay the bills but don’t get the rewards). The fact the company has not been taken private is probably because there is no economic rent accruing (despite the oil price rise) and because there is still life in the business model of selling shares while pretending to be a bona fide oil and gas explorer/developer, at least while people draw encouragement from the wrong sort of gas and fail to understand the time limit on the PSA. | nobull
07/2/2018 09:38 | Has this month's YA conversion happened yet? | dodge city
07/2/2018 09:27 | Agree Tickboo, it's the 0.5's till news comes... 194m shares left to place before June 16th. By June 16th the 3 oil wells should, with a bit of luck, be producing. We could pay off YA with the revenue from the oil wells. From the feedback from the shareholder meetings it looks like this could be the preferred option. YA simply want there money back which is fair enough. After JUNE there should be no more selling pressure on the share price. Good luck, I think we'll touch 1p sooner rather than later. The only advice I'll give is don't forget to take some profits. Nobody ever went broke taking profits. | thefozzer
07/2/2018 09:16 | Good for you fozz. Getting on tube shortly but I expect a YA RNS this week and hopefully most presold and going to an II. Reckon they'll get 65m or so, might get a tweet once they're gone or before to get mug punters like us to buy more (although I'm fully loaded). We're in the 0.5s until news and may occasionally drop to 0.49 where supper is. | tickboo
07/2/2018 09:03 | 300 quid profit already on my 5k buy from yesterday. I love making money. Not selling yet though. More to come. 1p first price target. | thefozzer
07/2/2018 09:00 | Have we spawned a generation of greedy stupid morons? ____________________ I'm certainly greedy and I want my 1p+ share price I'm already sat on a huge wad of profit from FRR so I'm not so sure you can call me stupid. Group hugs. 1p prediction. | thefozzer
07/2/2018 08:51 | Yes look at the RNS history no farm in interest. Lots of rumours about them to sell shares obviously. Ah investor evening chats. Take care cupcakes. ____________________ Fair point sweet cheeks. Past is the past though, the time is now. Transformation 3-4 months ahead. 3 oil wells to be drilled one after another possibly yielding 300-400 bopd each with another 4 oil wells possibly this year. Ud2 flow rates due soon with the V18 deep gas well planned next. We could be pumping out 2000-2800 bopd by year end. That's between $50-70m in revs PA, what's not to like? Even half these revs would be incredible and share price changing. Group hugs, I think YA is going to get paid off within the next few months with T45 oil revs. 1p initial price target | thefozzer
07/2/2018 08:47 | According to the estimates produced by Netherland, Sewell and Associates, Zones 9, 14 and 15 in the Taribani complex are estimated to have 689 million barrels of oil in place with 103.5 million barrels considered to be recoverable. | tickboo
07/2/2018 08:47 | i'll take the lottery ticket | bumpa33
07/2/2018 08:47 | similar odds. | bumpa33
07/2/2018 08:46 | I've just spent £1 on a lottery ticket. IF I get the jackpot I'll be rich. I've never one before and all evidence suggests it's wasted money. However it could be ME. | loglorry1
07/2/2018 08:45 | NS&A haven't deemed anything RECOVERABLE. What don't you understand about that tickboo? You still not read that CPR properly? | bumpa33 |
