No doubt those special little telegram groups are full of secret little signals being given out to the gullible, along with 'buy the dip' or 'I've just been bid for all my shares' or 'don't give the MMs your shares cheap' waffle.

The deliveroo experience has totally dented entrepreneurs looking to float on the london stock exchange. Won't matter to this cash shell (that doesn't have much cash anyway) given that these millionaire backers don't have any skin in the game, they could just abandon this and head to a US SPAC with zero consequences to them.

I see that the crew are still trying to persuade people that this is just like a SPAC and SPACs are big business and will lead to massive multibaggers. The only trouble with that is that SPACS do so well because they have hundreds of millions of dollars in them as well as a public listing. But wake up people, this is not a SPAC, its a cash shell, and one that is valued at around 10x the amount of cash in it. There is no pile of cash to get your hands on.
