Both Reshef and Marshak being on the board and advisory board of ABTI (Alterola) , a $1.5billion company with over $100mill of cash, looking to expand into all European countries and Japan.Both also being on the board of FPP now, this could become quite interesting if ABTI use FPP as their market entrance into the uk with the intention of making their business affairs and product approvals (& development) easier. Read their recent report it specifically states this global intention several times over!This could be a great entry point for a multibag from such a low market cap as FPP. It's certainly much more likely to happen than it was last week.!

Except if you read Note 6 to annual report 31 March 2018..

“On 5 May 2016, subsequent to a Board meeting held on 22 April 2016 the company adopted amended and restated articles of association (the Articles) authorising the Company to issue an unlimited number of shares with no par value of one class, designated as shares”

Yip. That really does say UNLIMITED raising authority.

See there's a load of waffle again that they can't do another placing because they are out of headroom, but don't let the fact that's not stopped load of companies doing just that and making it conditional on a GM stand in the way eh?
