Posted at 23/3/2022 03:52 by tima441 Summary of where we are?62.2m shs outstanding Mkt cap @ 1.75p = £1.09m Over last year: high 7.6p low 0.975p Placing Mar 2021 at 5.25p I see no reason this cannot return to 5p = £3.1m mkt cap prior to rto news. LSE Main mkt new listings need £30m mkt cap under rules. FPP as existing listing does not need to meet this requirement. RTO news likely in coming weeks? Natural resources/mining/gre No advice - no insider knowledge! Vol yesterday: 9,358,765 shs Value around £130k Only 1.86m shs needed to require TR1 at 1.4p that was around £36k yesterday (£45k at closing price). Almost certain we will see more than one TR1 in coming days. Will K.P. increase too? I suspect they're not passive! |

Posted at 06/7/2021 12:18 by apfindley DODGY free shares for the boys?So FPP decide to do an rto with ciitech by issuing 17mill worth of fpp shares so satisfy the purchase. Now we hear that ciitech have done a separate deal to raise 2mill quid of cln's via listed ffwd....of which fpp shareholders are now obliged to satisfy. What the F??So that 17mill rto is now a 19mill rto or what?Who allows these dodgy dealings to execute??? |
Posted at 26/6/2021 19:58 by ccr1958 Fpp gonna be part of a GROUP ? Ciitech, Hellenic, KNB ? |
Posted at 25/5/2021 00:54 by apfindley So taking a look at this deal.17.5m quid equivalent shares to be put in by fpp at 5.x pThe shares to satisfy that plus those already in issue gives 'around' 400m in issue post deal.So each 5p on the shareprice translates as around 20mill of market cap.Looking at the accounts for ciitech. The accounts for 6 months July to Dec 2019 show gross profit of 2.6million with an overall positive profit of 455k for that year.Much has changed since then, in the past 18 months and CBD has become hot and governments are relaxing regulations and social stigma has all but disappeared. The ciitech business has expanded .So what are we expecting the next reported numbers to look like?Last year the accounts were reported on 02 June...so we should find out soon how they've performed in the past year to December 2020. |
Posted at 30/3/2021 09:26 by apfindley Both Reshef and Marshak being on the board and advisory board of ABTI (Alterola) , a $1.5billion company with over $100mill of cash, looking to expand into all European countries and Japan. Both also being on the board of FPP now, this could become quite interesting if ABTI use FPP as their market entrance into the uk with the intention of making their business affairs and product approvals (& development) easier. Read their recent report it specifically states this global intention several times over! This could be a great entry point for a multibag from such a low market cap as FPP. It's certainly much more likely to happen than it was last week.! |
