If the Kipper Trading System is so good why does mike740 make so many bad calls MartyWidget? I've read plenty of technical analysis books and followed "fingers" on his excellent FXD thread for years, but I certainly don't regard myself as an expert. Mikey seems to think he is the font of all knowledge, but his track record is cr*p. His opinions on FOXT, GRG and TERN this year have been proved totally wrong - and that is just three examples. If he is going to spend his entire life slagging off CR, Paul Scott, Chris Carson, myself - and everyone who disagrees with his views then he should accept that he is going to get some flack in return.

Hi Marty, the beta(well part of the original, now on system 7) is here on this site before I had it
mechanised by a software engineer.

Problem is Advfn brought in that silly mechanism where all sites not approved by them were blanked out by ADVFN COMPETITOR.

It was a discretionary system at that time. Only first 500 takers were allowed access. Fully taken up.

Last time I looked on there silly old codger Aldwick had taken over as MR BIG.(and nicked my ITV post from CityWire)

Driver stopped with sheep in car tells police 'I was taking it to McDonald's'
A motorist in North Yorkshire who was travelling with a sheep in his boot telss police he was taking it out for a meal

Police who stopped a motorist were stunned to discover a sheep in the boot of the car – which the driver claimed he had taken to McDonald’s for treat.
The incident occurred in North Yorkshire when officers from the local roads policing group stopped the driver of a Peugeot 206 on suspicion of driving with two bald tyres.
But when they looked more closely at the vehicle they notice an unusual passenger in the hatchback boot of the car, a fully grown sheep.
When questioned why he was travelling with the animal in a family hatchback the motorist explained that he had taken it to a nearby McDonald’s restaurant for a meal.
A spokeswoman for North Yorkshire Police said: “He told the officer, ‘some people take their dogs in their cars, I take my sheep’. He [the motorist] just wanted to go for a drive-through at McDonalds.”
The driver is thought to have been stopped shortly after a visit to the fast food restaurant at Leeming Bar services on the A1 in North Yorkshire.

buy-to-let is one thing, but the gov't is committed to building an awful lot of new homes, and those will need to find owners/tenants

certainly No1 Son is not short of clients, but he is also somewhat specialised

Hi Cyners,(have you been in hibernation?) Buy to Let/rentals is FOXT biggest problem at the moment I hear.

AND we havent had increased % rates yet, but they are coming and watch out for noon BoE voting.

Property stocks on the market will twitch you watch come noon.

The Guardian: Foxtons is among the day’s biggest FTSE 250 fallers so far, on concerns that a post-general election bounce may not turn out to be that strong for the London-focused estate agency.

Im ringing Evil tonight, Ill get the full gem on this thing about Barclays having it in for FOXT.

Im sure its Barclays Capital and probably a big short, but Ill check and hopefully confirm tomorrow although be warned I am on my way to Trent Bridge for the cricket for a few days.........well hopefully, but Jimmy being out........hmmmm

You'll probably see these falling sharply Q1/2 - 2016 takes time for the market declines to kick in, in a nut shell London property has been over valued for a few years now and reached bubble levels late last year, the deflating period is underway.
