ohhh Blueboy Lives in a dirty squat in Aberdeen, hes a night watchman who plays one share at a time (thats all he can afford), and used to send out his wife on the game until she got Arthritis in the back. Has a liking for young men.

Jeez scary looking at how many apartments are for sale (many for a long time),on the river in SW8 Vauxhall/Battersea, price reduction kicking in all over the shop. The market after the holidays should be make or break!

On to the top end of the market and the miserable fate of the UK’s non-doms. Those who have lived in the UK for 15 of the 20 previous years are now to start paying tax on their worldwide incomes and capital gains just like everyone else. This, say the analysts at Gavekal, captures “many famous billionaires who have lived in Britain for many years and who undoubtedly helped inflate the London property bubble”.

They are now likely to sell out of that bubble. After all, if the UK isn’t a tax haven, why not live somewhere warmer? Note too that a good many of the overpriced new-build flats in London go to investors. Watch for the recent fall in prime London house prices to start gathering speed.



Allroyrob.. That new development in docklands was a low end development prices around £375-£1.35M the Chinese will still buy these types of flats for their Children, also nothing to do with Foxtons, they don't earn a dime from it.

We are mainly talking about tons of apartments/houses in PCL say £2M+. Very few takers = not good for Foxtons,
