I'm holding IMM at just over 50p, expecting £10+ Q1- 2018

For these I am hoping for a cheaper entry point but realize the share price is getting pretty damn attractive now.

It has no debt and cash at hand so well placed to ride out any downturn, I bought yesterday and happy to hold.

I am not an insider. But I do know what's going on.

And the picture ain't pretty.

You have all been warned.

No support in the London market. No support on the chart.

It's a quiet uncertain market.

50p and less will come.

Thats the problem the characters who pushed Foxtons to the top of the game have long since gone .The money men in charge are not the drivers of the business

London residential esate agency is not for Mr Salaryman. Offices average around £2m in fees and there will be quite a few agents individually crunching the deals for over £1m pa

They arent going to be happy with a liveried Mini and some generous commission The ambitious ones wil lwanto be tousering £400K+ of that and doubt Foxtons can accomodate them With limited share action and little or no stake in the business you just arent going to keep these budding Jon Hunts
