Offices average around £2m in fees and there will be quite a few agents individually crunching the deals for over £1m pa They arent going to be happy with a liveried Mini and some generous commission The ambitious ones wil lwanto be tousering £400K+ of that and doubt Foxtons can accomodate them With limited share action and little or no stake in the business you just arent going to keep these budding Jon Hunts | hillofwad | |
