Short term volatility this week as Election outcome is uncertain according to some polls. Still their accuracy can be called into question.

Property crash 'imminent' as slump rolls into third month. An expert has predicted another property recession for Britain after new data revealed the most sustained slump in house prices since 2009. Prices dropped by 0.2% across the country between April and May, marking the third consecutive monthly fall, according to data from Nationwide. Financial Times

andy. when I looked at the numbers a month or so back, I had it on a free cash flow yield to equity of 14%. I guess you don't need much in terms of revenue stabilisation from here to make a case that it could trade on a fcf/e of 10. No debt and no more capex spend on expansion. it is however a punt as it evidently is being disrupted. I would not bet my mortgage on my price target!

US predatory interest

Not sure what that means. Maybe someone like JC Flowers is going to launch a bid?

edwardt,

What revenue assumptions are you making to arrive at 150p out of interest?

Many PI's are reading this wrong, bad news has already been factored in and now rear view mirror stuff. All the technical indicators suggest a strong breakout is coming soon.

The PI's will start buying once we are topping out again at 150p area.

Shorts sneaking up again. Add in Old Mutual's .37% that doesn't show in the headline figure, and it's at a record high.

Most equity market have probably started a corrective process, I am mostly in cash waiting for much lower valuations, no rush to buy anything, unless it's a real bargain imho

Ticking higher again, seems like we may get another crack at 107p area but could take a while as markets start to correct generally. All good as a hold, no sign investors are panic selling, all the bad news has been already factored in when the share price dropped 250p to 93p imho Let's not forget, no debt!

Not a sell unless 93p support fails. Technicals good

FOXTONS GROUP PLC has broken through the ceiling of a falling trend channel. This indicates a slower falling rate initially, or the start of a more horizontal development. Has given positive signal from a double bottom formation by a break up through the resistance at 102. Further rise to 112 or more is signaled. The stock has broken up through the resistance at pence 100. This predicts a further rise. Positive volume balance, i.e. high volume in days of rising prices and low volume in days of falling prices, strengthens the stock in the short term. The stock is overall assessed as technically positive for the medium long term.
