Natural flow of things to have a crash/slump

Foxtons has no debt. That is a potential saving grace.

But it could easily get a lot cheaper from here.

Tell me one reason it should rise?

andy. when I looked at the numbers a month or so back, I had it on a free cash flow yield to equity of 14%. I guess you don't need much in terms of revenue stabilisation from here to make a case that it could trade on a fcf/e of 10. No debt and no more capex spend on expansion. it is however a punt as it evidently is being disrupted. I would not bet my mortgage on my price target!
