16/4/2018 13:01 | Upgraded plant and some volume figures for production but share price continuing to drift lower - Could it be that political risk is considered to have become higher or a downturn in top end (high priced residential) construction or finding virtually impossible to gain entry into "controlled" finished product market? | pugugly
29/3/2018 19:08 | plaudits to pugugly for this article: There have been some small incidents recently but things seem to be getting tense again | andy
29/3/2018 17:55 | Possible risk could be about to be ramped up (imo) - | pugugly

02/3/2018 20:52 | looks like 4 million II swapsies at 10p before and after market closed. Possibly not enough for an rns but will have to wait until next week to find out . | pugugly
02/3/2018 17:02 | Oh dear, it seems Beaufort were caught facilitating pump&dumping US microcaps in an FBI sting... Punters holding this best hope they weren't doing the same here. | phowdo
02/3/2018 14:01 | Pug, I'm not entirely surprised by that announcement to be honest. It's a huge blow to small companies looking to raise new funds though. | andy
02/3/2018 13:48 | Beaufort gone money heaven - Joint broker in place so hopefully not a problem - Fox already issed an rns but full link above from FCA above for info "Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the High Court has appointed Messrs Russell Downs, Douglas Nigel Rackham and Dan Yoram Schwarzmann of PricewaterhouseCoope | pugugly
02/3/2018 00:38 | pug, agreed, there does seem to be a problem in them supplying finished product, where the high margins are. various excuses are given but at the end of the day it does suggest they have a problem entering the finished product market, IMO. | andy
01/3/2018 10:32 | kaos3, Agreed not a scam but uncertain whether will gain profitable traction in finshed product. A market that seems to be dominated by established distributors who have their own long term suppliers - IMO still a long time need for FOX to penetrate the profitable finshed product sector - If they succeed could be a profitable investment. | pugugly
01/3/2018 09:19 | I do. This is not a SCAM. | kaos3
01/3/2018 09:10 | Very quiet here - Anyone still following ? Was reminded of Fox after listening to Hardtalk yesterday - Link below - Well worth listening to - - Also (if you listen to the full interview some interesting points on corruption and employment) SP Still below rights issue - so where now - Still (imo) missing significant ESTABLISHED stockists/distributo | pugugly
06/2/2018 11:58 | Crashed back below the rights price - What is the saying now? "When the tide goes out all will be revealed ??" Seems to me some will be seen as swimming with no bathing costumes (was going to say trunks but possibly not PC in this new all inclusive environment !!) | pugugly
24/1/2018 16:22 | makes sense. also regarding AIM. I lost bizzare amounts of money trusting the written Word. :( | kaos3
24/1/2018 14:45 | SP falling back - From the rns "In addition, the Company intends to discharge GBP783,000 of the Company's outstanding loans and other liabilities by the issue of a further 7,457,140 new Ordinary Shares to certain Directors and to Brandon Hill Capital at the Issue Price." OK does not seem to be Directors selling down as need to be rns'ed ASAP but could it be Brandon Hill converting their slug of the above issued shares for cash and a nice profit if price achieved is above 10.5p - Could this be the new base level ? | pugugly
19/1/2018 07:18 | BTW I actually suspect Fox might succeed one day. However, because of the unreliability of Fox's RNSs I have no idea how to work out with any degree of certainty whether they will or not. | wolstencroft
19/1/2018 07:14 | kaos3: I post here purely for fun. I loved catching Tom W and Chris out Although other people first suspected Eboracum I found that their website was a cheap copy of a competitor's and contained manifest lies (they removed it shortly thereafter), and I found out that Banyan had no assets, no physical presence and the directors were a nominee in some tax haven. I contacted the liquidator of one of Scott's previous companies and found out about how he operates. Chris did answer my questions until he realised I had found some embarrassing things, then told me to ask Eboracum and Banyan directly. Tom denied all this despite me telling him; he made some very funny reports including saying Eboracum was trading about a week before it filed as dormant. I invested in Fox just after they listed; I spoke with both Fox Davis and Brandon Hill who reassured me all was ok. I spoke with Chris who was very convincing. I have learned five important things in my 20 years of investing 1. Don't believe anyone in the City 2. Do your own research 3. Question everything 4. If you find something interesting, share it 5. Most non-profitable companies stay that way | wolstencroft
18/1/2018 19:00 | rjmahan18 Jan '18 - 10:41 - 359 of 366Moderate | Ban 0 0 0 Could simply be that you guys are not looking at the same company ? Unless you know for sure that eboracum is the london registered dormant one you can never be 100% sure. Also it could easily be that Eboracum have not completed their accounts with companies house correctly - not Fox's problem. ------- Err, you're grasping at straws here! We know for sure, we are 100% certain, check out Scott Oldfield on Companies House! Then check put Banyan! | andy
18/1/2018 18:24 | kaos3 - Your last paragraph has I suggest put your finger on the unexpressed concerns of many of the negative posters here i.e. to run a successful company in marble: To extract, produce finished polished product and sell needs - Local knowledge, local supply, a knowledgeable sales and stockist structure, a lack of plc overheads plus of course a working relationship with their local customers - I suspect from what you say about your Slovene experience that you have avoided investing here. Possibly an interesting trading proposition if one could call the timing correctly but a narrow market - very difficult to deal in volume and if bad news I would sugggest virtully impossible to exit without crashing the price. I could go on and reveal the sacred entrails of the Beaufort research and the various trigger points (both positive and negative) but I will leave this to others as the research is readily available. A G&T calls. | pugugly
18/1/2018 11:42 | Goodbye Ex | wolstencroft
18/1/2018 11:39 | RJ. Please phone Chris and ask him about the Banyan order. Or the Chinese orders. Or Eboracum's. Fox seem to be very unlucky in getting orders from companies set up by people they know just a few days before these companies making a big order which then comes to little or naught. | wolstencroft
18/1/2018 11:37 | RJ I am sure it is the same company because I asked Chris. Scott Oldfield is the director. | wolstencroft
18/1/2018 10:54 | rjmahan, You are right - I can hardly think of anything more unlikely than FOX making up orders. | effortless cool
18/1/2018 10:43 | Exbroker dont go - these guys are saying the RNS is a fraud - but not so explicitly. I like reading your stuff... | rjmahan |
