05/10/2016 13:27 | I don't think that Fox expects or is expected to contribute to the Stone Alliance capital. IIUC, SA will try to raise the money in the US. Not sure how, perhaps private equity or perhaps they will float on an exchange. Raising the money will be a near term reality test: if they pass that hurdle then things could get exciting. I expect that raising the money will dilute the equity interest of all current shareholders of SA, including the 59% that Fox hold. | gnnmartin
05/10/2016 13:15 | This latest announcement looks like the usual smoke and mirrors. How are they going to raise E100m from new investors? What happened to Fox's 59% stake if all this new money coming in if they can't pay their share? How are they going to sell marble form 40 new quarries when they can't seem to sell anything from one quarry? | effortless cool
05/10/2016 12:55 | Who can blame them? | wolstencroft
05/10/2016 12:43 | Looks like a seller getting out | letmepass
05/10/2016 12:10 | Looks like the market won't believe it until they see it up and running. I have some sympathy, although I hold & hope. | gnnmartin
05/10/2016 10:51 | What will the Americans and Kosovans think of Fox when they find out that their main sales so far are through Banyan and Eboracum? | wolstencroft
04/10/2016 20:38 | Shame we only got 59%. I hope their factory gets built faster than ours. Any news when we can expect ours to be fully operational ? If they need an investment it will be interesting to see if previous investors in Fox are listed as investors in the new company. | haroldthegreat
04/10/2016 16:08 | Indeed we soon could also get some news on the new production from its own factory. | blackbear
04/10/2016 15:39 | Huge news! | someuwin
04/10/2016 15:32 | I think todays news might put the Eboracum nonsense into perspective. It was never the future. | paleje
21/9/2016 07:10 | Shocking. No one cares! | wolstencroft
21/9/2016 00:00 | Sales for the period were EUR262,000 A long-term distribution agreement has been entered into with Eboracum Marble Limited, a company based in the north of England through which a EUR2 million order for a range of marble slabs has been received and the Company has commenced delivery. An advance payment of EUR390,000 was received and revenues of EUR212,000 have been recognised in the period in relation to this order. So only 50k sales were made elsewhere. | haroldthegreat
20/9/2016 20:01 | Chris talking about the figs and board changes. | exbroker
19/9/2016 14:03 | Do you know the names of any of the management of Banyan? Apart from.the nominee director in the West Indies? | wolstencroft
19/9/2016 12:05 | Andy, No knowledge of Jigsaw and I think the management at Banyan have their own problems to sort out, I will be surprised if they order any stone. The Cap and Counties deal is important as they are now specified for two top quality projects in London. Hope to learn more in the next few weeks as I think we are due some figures. | exbroker
19/9/2016 08:36 | Exbroker, Thanks. Do you have any comments about the recent posts about report about Jigsaw and the status of Banyan and the Chinese distributor? | andy
18/9/2016 21:51 | It looks like the Twitter feed has come back to life! I think its part of a new digital push. | exbroker
09/9/2016 20:21 | It's from a customer with a phone number, physical address and a website, managed by a real person who isn't being chased by the liquidators - surely that's significant. | wolstencroft
08/9/2016 19:39 | I thought that too. Anyway nice little deal. For holders I really hope this turns into a good story in the end. I clearly have my worries and wont be investing but good luck. | glennborthwick
08/9/2016 18:34 | It's so staged it's embarrassing! I wonder if she practices saying SIG- NIF- IC - ANT before making recordings like that? | andy
08/9/2016 16:05 | new video at Proactive Investors is here: | sophiegb
08/9/2016 08:03 | If this is cut and polished slabs it will be worth a lot more and be a lot more profitable, but agree its only a small step in the right direction. Reputationally it is very significant and will help a great deal in marketing Fox Marble to developers around the world. Need more dealflow please. | czar |
