18/5/2016 09:57 | ex broker, Maybe you are a politician? :-) I've already told you what was said! The relevance is the credibility of a CEO who is stating that he is only "one year late", yet promised construction in 2012 or early 2013, so 6-3 = 1! Mathematics is clearly not Chris' best subject! Choosing to ignore their failure to deliver against objectives they themselves set is very relevant, trying to cover it up is very concerning. Much better for him to be honest, and explain the delays. It's interesting that you know so much and have seen the equipment but cannot name the manufacturer! The level of (lack of) sales IS being focused on, that's why the share price has fallen back! Eboracum doesn't convince me, if they are making a profit then Fox are selling at a discount, you can't have it both ways! | andy
18/5/2016 09:16 | I do not know what was said or not said in 2012 and to me it’s not relevant. What I do know is what state the factory and the quarries are in at the moment, how much block they have for sale and processing and roughly how long it will take to get the various bits of equipment installed and working. That’s the bit you want to focus on, and the level of sales. | exbroker
18/5/2016 08:02 | ex broker, You would make a good politician! I asked if you thought the the statement "1 year late" was correct given wewere told in 2012 they were funded and aiming for factory completion during 2012, and you replied: "Exbroker 17 May'16 - 00:00 - 1112 of 1113 0 0 Had the fire not happened then most people would have been right." --- I'm not even sure what you mean by that. So I ask you again, do you think the factory is only 1 year late, yes or no? And if yes, what dates do you base that on? | andy
17/5/2016 14:36 | Very interesting insight ex broker, thanks. | paleje
17/5/2016 00:00 | Had the fire not happened then most people would have been right. The factory is huge the pictures do not give it scale, think a full size football pitch and then add a bit, the roof is stressed for 1.5meters of snow. If you have ever seen a cut, polish and resin line you would quickly realise that they take several months to be installed and tested, and operatives trained. There is no other plant like this in the Balkans the nearest one is in Greece. You don’t want 80 saws on the wobble as you cut stone, marble is best sold flat. Chris has not delivered last year and is very aware of the fact. There is a good team on the ground and that why I was happy to back the fund raise at 10p, having been part of the one last year at 20p.On paper I am down a lot of money but believe that this will come good. Chris knows he cannot go around with the hat again. I don’t know the name of the manufacturer but I did see a press article showing that the entire industrial estate got destroyed that’s why it took so long it was not just a small fire. | exbroker
16/5/2016 13:59 | exbroker, OK are you saying that it was finished in 2014? If not, his maths is incorrect, but I suspect you already know that. I think most people thought that construction would include the machinery to operate a marble processing plant, rather than just the base walls and roof. A bit like when you buy a car you assume there it has an engine that can propel it forward. Do you know the name of the Italian manufacturer out of interest? | andy
16/5/2016 12:00 | The factory is finished, I have been in it. The installation of the equipment is what is taking the time after the fire at the Italian manufacturer last year. The saws are big bits of kit and take some setting up. In the statement it said sales of 3.4m euros. | exbroker
15/5/2016 21:42 | I actually got a good vibe from Chris' presentation. He seemed honest and up front about everything, even admitting "he got it wrong" on the build timings. It would have been interesting to know just why the Chinese distributor gazumped them the exclusivity deal? I'm reservedly excited about it. might come good still? | juleshoddy

14/5/2016 15:16 | . Duplicate sorry | andy
14/5/2016 11:20 | Hate to say it but this company looks like another AIM disaster. Looks mismanaged and operating in a very difficult region and market. I never fancied this one - not even as a trade. There is simply nothing here imo. | loverat
13/5/2016 09:19 | "Proceeds from the Placing are intended primarily to fund completion of the factory" --- !!! | andy
13/5/2016 08:35 | The cynic in me wonders if the Eboracum deal will "unexpectedly fall through" once the placing money is in the bank... | phowdo

02/5/2016 20:51 | The eboracum website still is sub standard .they must have heard from exbroker about the comments being made here about it.it is very easy to say we are going to tackle the north of England and then the gulf / united states but the reality is rather different. We will look forward to RNs regarding further million euro sales to eboracum. | haroldthegreat
02/5/2016 13:06 | Much appreciated uncle john. | eekorehc
24/3/2016 00:49 | Andy he says in the interview that they were given a discount. I hope they are making some profit on it.sales are vanity but profit is sanity .we will have to await the accounts to reveal the actual profits made . | haroldthegreat
24/3/2016 00:16 | Exbroker, Thanks, I did. A friendly interview, nothing new there really, although he seemed to confirm receipt of the deposit from Eboracum. Looking at what we have discovered about Eboracum, I have some serious doubts now, it doesn't look credible to me at all. You have to wonder where Eboracum are going to offload all the supply they are ordering? Who are Eboracum going to supply with so much marble? And as they are acting as middlemen, are Fox taking a haircut on the price so that Eboracum can make a profit? The website isn't going to sell much, it's really poor. Out of interest, has anyone here emailed Eboracum, and if so, did you receive a reply? | andy |
