Yep mergers incoming. HEIT wont be the last takeover. And fee reductions now coming across the sector. Bargains never last long

I read recently, can't remember where, on a company with a large discount to NAV, that somtimes you just have to wait and the takeover will come. Joe Public thinks a low price and high dividend yield means everybody else knows something he doesn't and like a stopped clock he will be right sometimes but how many clues does he need. Directors buying, company buy-backs, 10% yield, surely one day soon someone will pick up this gem. I'm biased having bought a lot over its long recent slide but come-on Joe what are you waiting for. 2025 forecast eps 8.5p trailing 12months book value per share 115p Directors holdings 27.2%
