04/6/2018 17:36 | SS has suffered dilution | nickb
04/6/2018 17:36 | 295m shares in issue once this is all done mcap will be around £15m at 5p per share (of which >£5m is cash) mcap at 20p would be £60m - a while back that would have equated to £20m - dilution hurts, eh? at least, i think we will get to see full value realised now...but with each £100m equating to around 33p per share, I'm not sure we will see a hundred bagger here! 50p doesnt sound out of the question, i suppose #delusionalforever | geheimnis2
04/6/2018 17:35 | Geh I would add the commitment by Miton they have added 30m | nickb
04/6/2018 17:30 | yes - looking into the detail, looks like invoiced sales are +80% YOY - that is very encouraging IM putting his hand in pocket for £700k is also very good Shame we couldnt have got this away at 10p Now fully funded though Overall I am fairly happy to be honest | geheimnis2

04/6/2018 13:15 | Crack and hookers baby. | sideshowbull
04/6/2018 12:58 | What did you want them to do with the money stick it into a high interest bank account! | nickb
04/6/2018 12:49 | They should have put that on their 'reasons for the raise' 'So our net losses CAN increase' 😂😂 | paulcon1
04/6/2018 12:36 | Paul Cash burn can and I am sure will now increase with the extra fundraising | nickb
04/6/2018 11:41 | Growth in the user base particularly in the US is the metric to watch. | nickb
04/6/2018 11:36 | And if cash burn remains at £160k per month, same as this time last year, then expenditure has risen at a similar % increase.. £1 for £1 | paulcon1
04/6/2018 11:22 | Geh Yes not clear! The current financial year has started strongly. As announced at the AGM on 30 April 2018, first quarter invoiced sales were showing a high double-digit growth versus last year. This growth has continued and management accounts up to 30 April 2018 show an 80% year on year growth for invoiced sales with North American sales up 150%, live sport up 100% and broadcast post production up 28%. There was also a 35% growth in deferred income at 30 April 2018 versus the year-end. | nickb

04/6/2018 11:14 | Paul Sorry not going to respond to your questions it’s a waste of time. | nickb
04/6/2018 11:14 | have sales really increased 80% YOY - in which case that sounds very promising or has sales growth increased by 80% (which wouldnt mean much) - wording is a bit confusing | geheimnis2
04/6/2018 10:54 | Are these imminent infrastructure Agreements going to materialise like the large etailer that was promised for the last raising? The point of SAAS is that you need minimal costs to install. | bonio10000
04/6/2018 10:42 | Here's my 5c:Great news! To get 5mn at 5p is incredibleDelighted with IMs commitment. At this point the company is more Ian's than it is Stephens.I wish them the best of luck and I'm sure they won't need it | aimster4400
04/6/2018 10:28 | NickB Please for today , let's be realistic... FBT have raised funds, simply, to keep going!.... As stated cash burn £160k per month.. Also: Which large infrastructure customers? .. There is no evidence of any! 'CEO that can deliver'? ... Please quantify? 'Opportunity before us?' ... Please specify any evidence to suggest FBT can? IMHO | paulcon1
04/6/2018 10:13 | Paul Interesting way of looking at it personally I want them to be funded for the opportunity that is before us. We now should have around £7M that’s a strong balance sheet and should satisfy large infrastructure customers that we can stay in business to deliver the service. So big day for the future of FBT and we have a CEO that is fully aligned with huge rewards if he can deliver and my bet is he will. I fully recognise a few shareholders will remain depressed and sceptical. | nickb
04/6/2018 09:44 | NickB Maybe you are correct, only time will tell. Today though, in reality, is further, unneeded, confirmation that FBT cannot function without subsidisation and lie about it. Today, for me, is not a good FBT day... Let's hope for better in the future. Good Luck | paulcon1
04/6/2018 09:35 | Paul Big announcement day so yes happy to be here and very pleased we now have the funds to go after the Cloud Video revolution😀 Excited 😆 by the opportunity | nickb |
