I think this is going to get interesting over the coming days. If say JD are not the ones paying 75p a share then the big question is someone trying to spoil the party.

A late trade of 150000 shares reported from 12.44 at 50.80 which I think is a buy.

Knowing,I know about the illiquidity and premium mate, but even when there is a bid for the entire company shares, over 100% premium is pretty unusual.

rafieh it's the only way. Share is illiquid so had to pay a premium. As they want more they will pay higher
