madmix, I expect that's to do with costs of being a listed company.

A very positive update by Fonix this morning. Using underlying earnings and we're now looking at a P/E coverage of around 15... Without even factoring in the potential of expansion overseas, the growth rate looks to cover this in around a year. I think a certain Peter Lynch would snap this stock up in a second... Not to mention their impressive cash generation.

The first foot in overseas venture, is great to see. Hopefully it can be a big area they can gradually expand with over the coming month's and years.

The full year results are comfortably in line with Finncap's forecasts. I'm happy with that.

Finncap have retained their 200p target price.

With 7.6p EPS forecast for this year FNX are on a very low P/E for the sector - especially given "100% client retention, with over 99% of income of a repeating nature".

The outlook is confident:

"Outlook:

With high levels of repeating revenue, a strong exit run-rate for FY21, new supplier connections in international markets and a growing pipeline of client prospects across all sectors, the Board continues to be confident in the growth potential for Fonix going into FY22 and beyond."

With a 13% increase in customers - and no attrition as usual - plus international expansion in Austria, with more still to come imminently, and all divisions growing nicely, FNX's long-term prospects look very good imo. I've added a few more this morning.

Personally very pleased with the update, comfortably in-line, expansion further afield on track and strong cash generation continues. Looks very good value against peers, but that's just my view.I should be speaking with the CEO later so hopefully add more.

As expected from the recent FNX price chart, trading is only inline with FinnCap forecasts rather than ahead.

Half by half analysis of the last four halves :

TPV £m... 109.0, 102.7, 123.0, 110.4
EBITDA £m 3.6, 4.1, 4.6, 4.2

So H2 growth over last year's H2 is 7.5% in TPV, and EBITDA growth of 2.5%.

Not quite the 28% EBITDA growth seen in H1.

Disappointing, but probably priced in at these levels.

Solid TU this morning. Adjusted EBITDA in the period grew by 14% to £8.8m (FY20: £7.7m).

With a forecast PE of around 18 and earnings growing at a similar level this is surely a no brainer. They've been a victim to sell offs due to macro factors, but with as strong a balance sheet as theirs the recent dip is a great opportunity... Time to buy

Agreed LEAR. Small caps on the whole have come off it feels over the last quarter, and the lack of news from a company with that as a backdrop doesn't help

Possibly, but then there's been quite a retrace in a broad bucket of small cap stocks since June. Personally I think it's probably a combination of some profit taking as well as MM taking advantage of general summer weakness and the backdrop of worsening prophetic headlines about what lies ahead post easing of all social restrictions to take stock from weak hands, walking price down day on day, ahead of an expected strong end to the year from September onwards.

You would think FNX would do well out of England success in getting to the final. With competitions to win tickets through ITV, must of attracted alot of hopeful folks ringing up to win England tickets, especially the final....think this share is just a victim of a few bored investors selling and triggering off a dominoes effect with stop losses being kicked off. Cant see anything but a positive trading update within the next couple of weeks. Must admit I'm tempted to buy more.

Bamboo,

What of your wet feet?

I was also looking at it today as an H&S.

Personally I value Bamboo's charting inputs on this and other threads. I'm not a chartist but interested in his perspective

Back on FNX, we need that update. I'm not buying more until it comes out, and hoping that the relatively low profile of the company means that an update which confirms sequential h-o-h growth will still allow time to add more

Red,

It's the shampoo that Bamboo uses. He looks at the patterns from the suds on the shower floor and sees price targets.
