1SN is a way out of the money option on the tin price - it may take more than that for it to re-rate. |

Nice overview of Tin "the commodity of the future". Growing demand from solar, electronics and new technology, but with supply concentrated in geopolitically vulnerable locations. Need new supply, but the project pipeline is thin.hTTps://www.mining-journal.com/mj-comment/opinion/4206401/tin-overlooked-critical-metal#:~:text=The%20recent%20tin%20rally%20is,the%20Bronze%20Age%2C |
Highest daily volume in 3 months today. |
Those £120K's worth of Director buys a few days ago have encouraged some of the buying no doubt. |
Yeah there's been some very decent buying of late including a £35K buy which has just gone through. There's also been some healthy consolidation around the 6.5p level but once that clears this will swiftly move up to the next level imo. |
And some "heavy" buying although it's not moving by much ...yet |
Tin price moving up again following the little retrace having recently hit $35000 #Tin price: 32525 (+542, +1.69%)9:14am London hTTps://x.com/tinpricebot/status/1787758011441991732?s=46&t=_ybVnpe01AP_F1Pw0JqKTg |
Some solid buying today. All trades around 6.5p are buys. Even the ones marked as sells. |
Meaningful amounts of shares bought by Directors. 1.75M at 6.75p. That's almost £120Ks worth.Very happy with this news. They clearly see this stock as undervalued considering it floated at 30p.Maybe this news will help to get the stock more noticed. |
The recent jump in tin prices to above US$35,000 per tonne, as the reality of constrained global tin supply and low inventory becomes apparent, confirms that in using US$26,000 our DFS has been developed on a very conservative basis. While this provides comfort on the downside, it also shows the tremendous upside potential as tin prices inevitably respond to the structural change in demand and need for new supply. |
They now need to start extracting... sooner rather than later. He did say 2025? |
First Tin's CEO, Bill Scotting, comments: "These excellent results build on our existing knowledge of the mineral processing characteristics of the Taronga tin deposit gained from work undertaken over the last 40 years. Achieving a 60% overall recovery rate for the LG material closely aligns with the data obtained by Newmont, substantially de-risking the project by demonstrating that recoveries are good for this below average grade material. If the gravity results from the second high grade sample are shown to be similar to those obtained for the LG sample, the overall recovery for the deposit will be significantly better, positively bolstering the project's economics. We look forward to the upcoming results." |
More good news out of this under the radar company:"Updated mineral processing testwork has shown significantly improved recoveries" |
Should hopefully see this move up further following that close above 6p yesterday. |
First Tin discussed from 3.35. This may have sparked some recent interest in the stock.hTTps://on.soundcloud.com/jc55VjibVANXAhnX9 |
Over 6p. Let's hope for a close around or above this level. Most investors so focussed on ATM that they've missed this one. |
A close above 6p and this really shifts imo. |
First Tin's CEO, Bill Scotting, commented: "This increased MRE is a large step forward for us at our Tellerhäuser project in Germany. In a world requiring more tin, but with few advanced projects such as ours, increasing our resources from historic drilling data mining is extremely valuable. The additional data from the equivalent of 1311 drillholes and channel samples has enabled a more robust resource model with significantly more tonnes. The increase in tonnage, especially in the Indicated category, allows us to consider a longer mine life in economic evaluations." |
