Sent an email off. Not expecting much but gets a few of my concerns aired.

I think it might be worth firing off a couple of e-mails though. It may not achieve anything but if enough shareholders do it then we might get some idea as to what is going on.

earnerst,

The market cap is still £28 million so I fear you are right, there is potentially more downside, and the constant slide suggests all is not well, IMO.

Getting advise from the directors is not possible, at least for small shareholders

The best advise is to observe what the directors are NOT doing, ie buying shares.

Sadly i agree with earnest.....

I am quoted 7.5p to buy just now, despite the bid being 7.5. That says to me there is very little support at this level. I'm tempted, but I wonder if this is headed much lower.

potter,

I had a buy target of 20p, but by the time that arrived I had dropped it to 15p, then 10p, now it's 5p.

I fear more bad world economic news, cryptos are falling wiping put vast paper wealth, now the DOW is wiping out more wealth, property could be next, so it may take the diamond market a while to recover, IMO.

I do agree that, if they can keep going, there will be a good entry point somewhere.

Just keep averaging down and wait for the Golden Goose to come to roost

The bit that troubles me here is how did the feasibility bring up so many big stones that they managed to break but ramped up production virtually nothing.

It does start to make one doubt previous claims.

To think this was an obvious buy at 17p due to the comments pre plant build and at 7/8p now few are interested.

The bid is now 7.7p!

The last placees must be delighted!

And with the market cap still at £40 million, there could be further falls ahead until they release some good news.

The thing I like about this right now is that we can forget all about it for 6-12 weeks at a time and simply wait for periodic Sales news which is naturally reflective of operational outcomes.

Bit of a yawn but following its massive re-rating this past quarter, all we can do is sit it out

We need some news soon otherwise the rot will really set in and given the placing was at 10p it can't be allowed to drift much more.

I'm betting we find something very substantial this year that changes the valuation very significantly for the better.

Aye.

How low can it go?

Cap still £45 million, so still a bit more of a fall possible yet, IMO.

I look forward to the day we can claim we presented the "Lesotho Leviathan" to the World... along with the "Firestone Phantasmagorical"... I would quite like to be the person to speak those words at a grand unveiling... LOLs

@tanelorn : hence the "..so far.." reference. Anyway who doesn't like seeing a big diamond?

This Bloomberg article whilst negative on diamonds does show an uptick in polished prices over recent months :
