Agree that a trading update probably due this week and I tend to think based on share price performance figures will be flat.

At this level though looks good value unless there is a nasty supprise!

It does. On the issue of growth, unless we replace the contribution by Free From, the income stream will decline; however, the outgoings element will doubtless have declined by more given the substantial reduction in debt and its associated costs. Overall, I anticipate an improved EPS and a much reduced gearing, which to my mind indicates a more healthy company in a position to either manage organic growth (my preference) or take up promising minor acquisition opps.

In a nutshell, we have regained control of our healthy business.

I am still expecting growth this year although at a modest rate. With EPS 6p+ and little debt, 55p looks a miserly valuation.

if the decline continues, I'm looking to shuffle more money into FIF. There are no fundamental reasons for this share price decline.

Yes, but a lot has changed since then, not least the debt size.

The last time that I bought them they were less than 25p.

Sub-30p would be a ridiculous valuation and there will be plenty of investors willing to buy above that!

I am just glad that I sold out last August (around 70p - unfortunately a little early) Now that it is a low or no growth stock with a low yield I will not be tempted to buy back in above 30p unless things change.

Might as well re-post my article from a few weeks back. Always good to look back over the fundamentals when a share is dropping.

I have it on good authority that the TS will be either tomorrow or friday

Let's hope so!

Volumes don't seem to suggest that joey. The fall in the raw commodity prices should come across positively if anything

Expecting a fully fledged reversal when it's released (with a little luck!)

There was a pre-close trading statement on the 23rd Jan last year. I'm wondering if there will be one tomorrow and people have wind that the figures don't look too good.

Boffster, I nearly sold some at 70p but decided against it. Now starting to wonder if that would have been a sensible idea!

I guess so, I've been buying here recently, seems a very overlooked company at the moment.

Indeed there seems to have been no fundamental reason for this decline, peeps selling out to buy into more exciting action stocks I would imagine.

A trading update this week (possibly next) should get FIF back on track

Indeed, lots of upside available here. Those able to sit tight will be rewarded handsomely.

Very quiet here. I thought this share would be on everyone's new year shopping list as it looks well undervalued.

But I doubt that the free from profits outstripped the cost of interest on the debt burden that the sale has removed. Very happy to hold.

I searched this board and there's no explanation of the 30% fall. Any ideas?

This is the first new stock of 2014 added to my portfolio - don't let me down.
