Agreed Angus. It looks like the MMs are happy to keep taking the stock today; must be w buyer out there.

Looks ripe for a takeover at this price.

My read on things. Nokia and their large customer have back tracked on what they have previously told FTC in November. i.e. they are maybe now going to use significantly more FTC MMIMO products. All to play for I reckon. Absolute bargain at this price.

Yes, looks like it is back in play again. Drops are always overdone after a turbulent period.

The FinnCap circular ( 24 pages incidentally ) makes the very valid point that comparative stocks are trading on EV/Sales ratios of 2.5 . On a similar multiple, FTC's EV would be £52.5m, and the share price would be 26p, but they say that due to the uncertainity over visibility they believe a discount is warranted. But, they continue, even on a multiple of only 1x EV/Sales , the stock should be valued at 10.5p.
I could argue that a 60% discount is rather too steep, and it is worth noting that factoring in a 50% discount would lift that price target to 12 or 13p, but ( as the broker says ) the problem here is near term lack of visibility of revenue streams. However, any good news on contract wins would surely justify a much narrower discount.

Looking promising. A close above 7p will be excellent chart wise, as we should see some people jump in for the retrace of the fall.

A great buy at these levels (in my view)

A small army of small investors I think

Agreed - downside risk is limited given there is no debt to service its just the forward earnings visibility.

I am sure there are a number of sneaky buyers out there, but at this stage I think that they are simply private investors like you and me, and nothing more serious than that. Institutional investors will probably wait until there is a bit more visibility on future earnings, and understandably so ( even FinnCap have dodged the responsibilty of putting out a 2020 earnings forecast) but of course by the time that there is more visibility the share price will inevitably be higher. Personally I am happy to take a risk and buy now whilst a measure of uncertainty is depressing the share price, but I accept that many others will prefer to miss the first part of the rise and buy only when the picture has become clearer.

There have been a significant few 50k buys too. I fully realise that these are only worth £3 to £3.5k but there may be a sneaky buyer out there! Hope they are accumulating a fantastic bargain!!

At this level a 250k purchase is not really that significant, could easily be private client business encouraged by the FinnCap note.

Company's new broker, FinnCap, has initiated coverage today with a lengthy circular. Their " near term target price " is 10.5p.

In my fairly uninformed view, the current market cap would appear to be well off the mark!! Onwards and upwards.....
