Company's new broker, FinnCap, has initiated coverage today with a lengthy circular. Their " near term target price " is 10.5p.

At the moment the pattern on the chart looks like half of a diamond pattern and todays price action looks like a small double top, and if i am correct the share price could go back down to 5.25p ish.

Dont get me wrong i am bullish on FTC long term ie around 12 months to 18 months but i dont see whats going to push the share price up

Each to their own, chestnuts, but i would argue that we already had the profit warning, back in December, today is simply confirmation of what we already knew, and for me at least the news is no worse than expected. I do not expect the share price to close down on the day, but i would not dare to suggest what it might do between now and "elevenses" !

The news this morning is Micky positive but it’s a profit warning as well, the markets at the moment want profits straight away, not sure which way the market will take this.

Very reassuring statement, obviously they will leak cash for a while, but the ship can certainly be righted, the price should not be down at this level.
